1. I paid & scheduled an appt. for the next day 2. I signed up with the Pa. health department paid $50 & got my number. 3. I uploaded a picture of my drivers licence, medical paperwork from my Dr. that displayed my eligibile ailments. 4.The next day I had my appt. online with a certified Medi-Cal physician from my State.
