They made the process very easy however I would recommend applying for your state ID number before you book an appointment to cut down wait time. If you have your state ID they can issue a card that day with a temp you can print. Great straight forward company and doctors

Really user-friendly. The doctor was awesome and really knew his stuff. Every aspect of the process went smoothly, no hassles, not too expensive and I'm on fixed income, etc. I mean really the entire process from beginning to end took 10 days, and I now have card in hand to get medicine.

It's hard to find a company as thorough as this one out there especially during these times. I think a lot of biz can learn from the way they do things at veri heal.

My appointment took place in august after I had paid the $200 fee. I was given my mmj recommendation and was told that I was going to receive my authorization in a few days. But a days turned into a weeks. I tried to be a little more patient because of COVID but didn’t receive anything. I contacted someone and they told me over a month ago that they would resend my authorization. I still never got anything and it’s been almost 4 months since my initial appointment. At this point i just want a refund!!!

The customer service is very professional and courteous. The doctor was equally professional. I highly recommend Veriheal.

If you want to take this step but you are scared, veriheal makes it very easy and stress free! I had Dr. Gaffney, he listened to what was going on, and was very helpful and kind. Veriheal is legitimate, and keeps you updated with the whole process. There is always someone to answer any question you may have.

*Update* Veriheal contacted me after I posted this and allowed me to do a consult with another dr. who referred me to a professional that does over the phone evaluations for anxiety. Paid another $75, but once I did that I was able to send over my results and had my certification within a few days. This was overall a stressful process, but I appreciate Veriheal working with me to get certified. *Original post* Not worth it. Was looking to try this out to help with chronic back pain and anxiety. Paid almost $200 for the appointment for the dr to tell me I had to go to my family dr first and get medical records for proof. Fine, went and got my medical records and sent them over. Unfortunately I’ve never talked to my family doctor about the anxiety so I just sent over my records that contained proof of my back pain. They then told me that they needed proof of the anxiety because that was what was discussed more during the appt. Id mentioned both the anxiety and back pain during the appt. but the dr only acknowledged the anxiety. I told them I didn’t want to go back to my dr again and asked if they could just approve me due to the back pain and asked for the refund if they would not. Big surprise, the moment I mentioned a refund they stopped responding. Wouldn’t approve me and now I lost almost $200. Waste of time and money.

Veriheal is a great opportunity to manage my ailments I have nothing bad to say about them, they were nice and handled everything well the dr was great and will keep in touch with you till you sign up for the id card once I receive it ill be back to give 5 stars

Dependable, fast acting, love this service. I had no issues. I honestly assumed there might be a few just with how crazy the program here in PA seems but it was very simple with Veriheal.
