I was nervous when I connected to my appointment. The Dr. was patient with me and everything went great. I am very happy to have this opportunity to have access to my prefered health plan. Life changer.

All seemed very simple, until the end when new links were provided, stating finger prints were needed to complete the process. I still do not know where or even how to provide that and even to who do I release it to? Too many questions.and not enough explanations as to the complete process. Everyone was “VERY HELPFUL”, however I still have questions about how to proceed so therefore I’m frozen. I cannot move forward without help to navigate this process. I probably will NOT proceed any further. Therefore my money spent is just that ... SPENT.

Following my Doctors appointment, the process was remarkably easy. Veriheal sent the Dr’s recommendation and I uploaded it online with the photos and the state fee. From the Dr visit to my emailed card took 22 hrs. I was dumbstruck at how easy it was. Thank you Veriheal.

Everyone ones attitude so was so pleasant and uplifting even though so common it can be a little uncomfortable purchasing cannabis products but the energy given when I visit makes me more than comfortable!

Process was really easy and the doctor was extremely welcoming!

Terrible connection, couldn't understand what doctor was saying. She was rude and triggered my PTSD . She also demanded multiple documents that i had not been told to prepare. She turned me down even though i have at least 2 qualifying conditions. Terrible experience.

Had a tiny hiccup trying to setup my account but honestly was probs my own computer illiteracy but still got quick help and shown around the veriheal site from a support person who was AMAZING. Lots of other businesses these days really push for that payment but i didn’t feel pressured at any point and got the information i needed. If you have an issue just call or chat them and they’ll guide you.

Still some kinks to work out. Doctor was not licensed the first day and the next appointment was 10 days later.

Veriheal made this so unbelievably easy - my doctor was kind and thorough with my medical history. If I had known Veriheal would make things so simple, I would have done this years ago.
