This formula WORKS. The process is not easy, but the strength, support, knowledge & awareness we have gained from this fabulous team has been worth every penny. The difference in our daughter is incredible & we continue to see her confidence soar & watch her regain & enjoy her life. We can't thank everyone on the team enough for helping us with our daughter's recovery xx

This is an amazing anxiety recovery programme for children and young people - I can’t thank them enough. Everyone at young vibes puts the children and families first and you absolutely do not leave the programme until your child is recovered. Excellent Excellent Excellent

We saw this rainbow of hope from Young Vibes when as a family were were in a desperate place - our youngest having a tough time and as a family we didn't know where to turn. From the first conversation with Young Vibes we had hope that there was a future and that they knew exactly how to take us from where we were to where we are now. Your heart for young people and their families is inspiring, authentic and committed and together with a really excellent mentorship programme we are in such a better place. We have a happy child again and a happy family - thank you.

Our daughter has been struggling with anxiety for many years and when it became a chronic disorder we as parents completely lost our way and felt so helpless and out of control. It was the worst feeling not being able to help her. Young vibes has given us the tools to take control again and we are now seeing our daughter starting to build her confidence. This is helping us all as a family and building us all up again. We couldn’t be more grateful for the support we receive. It has highlighted how important it is for us as parents to put the work in as much as our child in helping to turn things around and we are looking forward to seeing a happy healthy teenager engaging with the world again. Thank you young vibes, your passion and dedication to these kids is amazing.

This group of amazingly patient and versatile people, really try their very best to help you, your child/children and families do what they set out to do and get help for their kid/kids. They truly have worked very hard in enabling myself and my son to find a better path than the one my son and I were on xx thank you isn't enough

I am so very thrilled to have this opportunity to write a review of our experience so far of Young Vibes. We are 8 weeks in to the programme. My husband and I about to finish Cocoon stage, and our daughter (age 11) is 2 weeks in to her child mentor sessions and just about to start the portals herself. To explain a little, our daughter was having daily panic attacks. She didn’t want to go to school and we would be called daily by the school to collect her. Our daughter is in year 7 (first year of high school) and had never settled. The whole high school experience was overwhelming, loud, busy, and scary. She hadn’t made many friends and Infact had started to lose friendships. She was very anxious all the time and very unhappy in herself. We had involved the school who tried to help but didn’t quite know what to do and after changing the seating plan in classrooms several times and issuing a ‘get out of class’ card, they seemed to run out of ideas. We involved the doctor who wrote to CAHMS, and we went private with a CBT talking therapy coach. Our daughter didn’t feel better for it, and she couldn’t remember anything that was covered by the end of the sessions. One desperate night around 4am an advert for Young Vibes popped up on my social media and I filled in the form to watch the free. The words she used, her character and approach was different, and although a little salesy it really resonated with me. Everything she said was how we felt and explained our daughters symptoms exactly. I couldn’t help but show my husband and book a call. I was very aware that desperate parents will pay any amount of money however something pushed us to continue. We had a phone call with Sam, followed by a zoom with the team (an impressive 5 or 6 people) all explaining their roles. We did a bit of digging and found a few negative reviews, and we found that the company had changed names a few times, but still after chatting with Young Vibes we still really felt their passion. We booked a call with Young Vibes to talk out some concerns and felt reassured and happy to proceed. The course is designed, fuelled, and ran by Sam who recovered herself from anxiety when she was younger and through her research and passion has made it her life’s work to create this Incredible programme. Yes it’s a business at the end of the day but when passion drives a business, and the business genuinely helps people then ofcourse financial gain will follow. The parent mentors whom form ‘the team’ were once actually parents on the course, some of which has also received negative reviews, but actually giving this a chance and working with it, and listening to them, we have realised how incredibly well trained they are (through Sam), and we can see how actually they are the perfect people to support other parents. A brilliant business model I feel. Real, passionate, lived it, recovered from it, caring people. I do feel that to get the absolute most out of this course you need to have time. I think you get out what you put in. I actually took a step back from work to really get my head in to it. My husband works long hours and my work is more flexible so I made the decision to really pull back and dedicate time to this programme because there is actually so much to it. My husband joins the zooms from work and I have stayed at home with my daughter and taken part in the zooms and the portals and implemented what I have learnt. Our daughter came out of school when we started the programme as recommended by Young Vibes, to bring her adrenaline levels down before they could start working with her. This worried us incase she would never want to go back, but we did as they recommended. Our daughter without any prompting from us this week took herself back to school! She is enjoying chatting with the child mentors (who have psychology degrees) and are trained to follow Sam’s formula. Evie is starting to learn and is showing real positives steps forward. This is far sooner than expected. She has said things like, I want to live my life, and I want to go to school. We aren’t there yet but my god what a difference it is making to us all as a family. I will review again after the summer holidays. So far so good. We are onboard and progressing well. I’d say go for it if you can dedicate time to it. We are so glad we did.

Young Vibes has given me my child back!! I joined the programme back in March thinking this is never going to work and we will always have a child who is hard work, rebellious, nasty, rude and angry with the world. Three months down the road and I have a calm, responsible, well behaved, a joy to be around 14yr old. We have worked through the programme using the DIY sessions where I mentor my son myself. Together we have learnt the fundamentals of what causes anxiety, the physiological changes that occur and how to divert and distract the attention. Its working, I'm doing everything the team of wonderful professionals ask of me and I am supported with twice a day zoom sessions and 121 meetings if I feel the need. Just this morning, during one of the challenges I set him, he began to speak about going back to school! He has never liked school, has always had anxieties around school since being small and he hasn't attended since March, but I actually have no problem with this....he is thriving at home, learning life skills and learning how to not become an anxious adult. We are just about half way through now and I am excited to see where the next few months lead us. Thank you Sam, Pam and Sarah for your ongoing support.

I was sceptical at the beginning, I thought nothing will help or change other people mentality but this people put a lot of effort and passion in what they are doing. The terms and theory is explained simple and easy on everybody understanding level and really change the perception of anxiety and gives you hope for a better future.

We joined this journey to help our daughter who didn't/wouldn't attend school or leave the house, by the time we were half way through this journey, we, as in myself and husband, ( our daughter had no clue as to what we were doing at the start) we very quickly started to see small changes already in our daughter , these changes were coming from us, by us watching and learning from the portals and changing the way we acted around her, changed how she acted around us. We still have a good way to go on this journey but its now become "our" journey as she's involved now and gaining the knowledge for herself and it really is... its amazing . After only a few weeks our daughter has gone back to school and going out with friends again, Seriously .... If you need to have someone literally take you by the hand and give you the strength to pick yourself up off the floor and help you to recover your child from this god awful sense of fear and dread then please do register with "young vibes", we cannot express how this amazing group of people will change your lives but most importantly your children's lives, Do It!!!!

I have found the caterpillar stage truly inspirational! Pam has been an exceptional mentor and has been great at reinforcing the learning. She is clear, to the point and very approachable. I will miss you Pam!

Completely changed our lives after going through all the traditional routes. I cannot recommend highly enough. A team of professional, warm compassionate, empathetic coaches. We felt as if we were drowning as a family, seeing our daughter in so much pain. It was like a life boat was given to us all. The Young vibes motto ‘ we put the oxygen masks on the parents first’ Well deserved 5 stars on all levels. We have our family back. We can’t thank you enough all at Young Vibes.

Absolutely fantastic. The work and passion that every person we dealt with was fantastic. They helped our family when we had nobody else to turn to and nobody to help us . We followed everything they told us to do and after 3 1/2 months of our son not uttering one word or leaving his bed 24 hours a day , to now gone back to school ans sitting his GCSE’s and back to being part of our family . We will never be able to thank them enough .

Beware this organisation - they have used many many names and have a history of reinventing themselves to (try to) escape the bad reputation they acquire. The ASA has already called them out for false advertising but this is the tip of the iceberg! Look at reviews for Peaky Parents (their last name) and Your Child Freedom Formula (another previous name) and you should learn all you need. Be warned! I watched their latest YouTube videos and can confirm their ‘formula’ is exactly the same as the one I complained about originally. All that’s changed (again!) is their name. £5k plus for a formula that at best does little and at worse can cause irreparable harm to young people. They’ll try to help you finance the cost too if you can’t afford it and intimidate you if you try to claim your money back. If you want more information just search their prior organisation names.
