Once again Supertravel produced the goods. Quick, efficient, excellent service. We always deal with Lee Birkett, who does a fantastic job, and gives us great advice on the best hotels and golf courses for us. However, you know if he is away whilst you are organising your holiday, one of his colleagues is always able to assist. A very professional service is always provided. I would thoroughly recommend.

We have been using Super Travel for many years and Lee has always looked after us. We have just returned from Lanzarote our first holiday for 2 years which was great and well planned.

Our holiday to the Dominican Republic was cancelled due to Covid, but we were very lucky Mark Vyner managed to squeeze us in to Las Madrigueras in Tenerife. It meant a room change half way through the week but was a great holiday. It's a classy 5* hotel with a golfcourse on site and we had booked tee times and dinner reservations all week. Other couples we met bemoaned the fact that their travel agents had been less efficient, so Supertravel can expect more bookings!

Lee helped us finding some truly amazing hotels and make our holiday seamless from start to finish, a real 5 star service.

Once again we had a super golf holiday in Madeira, organised for us by Mark Vyner of Supertravel. The transport arrangements, hotel and golf were all superb. Mark has also been more than helpful with having to rearrange our group golf holiday due to the Civid situation. We will certainly continue to use Mark and Supertravel.

Just came back from a fantastic golfing weekend at Oitavos Dunes in Portugal. Venue was actually Ed, at supertravel’s recommendation, and he nailed it. Great location, very good golf course. Organisation of logistics, transfers, club rentals, buggy hire and evening bus to Lisbon were seamless. Nothing was too much for supertravel to help with, including restaurant recommendations. Would strongly recommend supertravel to any golfing tourists. Will be going with their recommendation for next years trip

Amazing service during a very difficult period with COVID. Our trip to Mallorca was moved 3 times but each time with efficiency and professionalism. We were kept up to date on a regular basis and when we finally arrived, everything worked out perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Supertravel have been excellent to deal with in the good times - always helpful, giving options to solving problems. Post Covid they have been exemplary whether with refunds or re-booking.

We booked several trips with Edward during the Covid pandemic, optimistic that we could get somewhere to play golf in sunnier climes. Sadly each trip had to be cancelled due to restrictions imposed at short notice. Situations like this quickly highlight good and bad customer service within companies. Edward and his colleagues excelled. Their communication was excellent and actions prompt. Refunds were very well managed also. As soon as we are permitted to travel we will book with Edward and his team at SuperTravel without hesitation- we’ll done guys.

I have traveled for many years with Supertravel and like many my trip to Mauritius was cancelled last year , however unlike many my consequent refund was handled in an exemplary way by Supertravel. Options were clearly explained.the personnel were professional and proactive throughout the entire refund process allowing me to feel totally secure and satisfied. Thank you .
