United Kingdom | 03 February 2021During the first lockdown in 2020 , it became inevitable that my proposed trip to America in July 2020 could not take place. I was loathe to cancel because I would have lost my money . I phoned Supertravel to ask for advice, only to be informed that BA had just cancelled my flight. They immediately got my refund . A happy and speedy outcome . This was to be expected , because I have always received excellent service and would highly recommend them .

Mark was really helpful with suggesting hotels, organising the golf and flights and we were looking forward to a great trip. Unfortunately due to the spread of Coronavirus the hotel was closed and flights suspended. Supertravel were excellent in recovering everything we paid, and we will most certainly book a holiday through them again when travel is restored.

The 1st year we used them the hotel let us down on certain points but all issues were quickly and well handled. We also had booked for 2020 and received a full refund. United Kingdom | 12 May 2020Sadly, this year’s annual trip for eight of us to go to the Algarve at the end of April could not go ahead due to travel restrictions and the Coronavirus. This was due to be the 21st anniversary of our holidays to Portugal so it was even more of a blow when we had to cancel. Lee Birkett has been my contact for many years now and has always given excellent service and help in arranging our golf trips, however, he and the rest of the Supertravel team went above and beyond the call to arrange the cancellation and provide a full refund in a timely manner, keeping me informed of progress throughout this process. I will certainly be asking Lee to arrange our next golfing holiday when things become more possible, and would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to book a golfing holiday in the future, the excellent services of Lee and Supertravel.

The team at Supertravel kept me informed and the refund came through in timescale advised and I have to say under the circumstances this was excellent service in very difficult circumstances. Yes we all have to have a degree of patience and understanding but also appreciate the huge difficulties faced by an industry that, very much like the country, that has been brought to its knees. Supertravel are efficient and well organised and are always happy to help. The attention to detail is excellent and during this time (C-19) when I had a large group heading overseas in March which was cancelled Ed kept me informed every step of the way to achieving refunds for the hotel and golf and a voucher for the flights which is exactly what we wanted. Edward Terre actually initiated contact to find out our intentions and we asked for a refund given all the uncertainties at present.
