I ordered a few items, mostly okay but the UV wand is faulty and no one at pacamask responds to the emails. The customer service is an absolute joke. Buy elsewhere as you'll be disappointed with Pacamask

Masks didn't arrive despite paying for next day delivery. Customer service responded very quickly to explain what had happened and I've received a partial refund of postage costs. Good to get some great customer service! Masks are excellent quality.

well made, comfortable and secure. Fit all members of the family as adjustable on the ears and soft to wear. As a nurse I was impressed with the fit and quality of a non medical mask. My autistic grandson will wear them too so that's a bonus

Placed an order with pacamask recently having ordered from them at the start of Covid. The masks were very good quality so I was happy to order again. When my order arrived, the sizing was different from the previous order, so the adult sized masks were way too big for me. I emailed to ask if I could swap for a smaller size, customer services sorted this out no problem, I actually received the new, smaller masks before I’d even had chance to send the old ones back!! Great product & great service.

These are good masks - the fact that the material's stretchy and there are adjustable earloops means you can get a close fit. In a perfect world there would be his n' her sizing - I find them a little large and they can ride up because of it. I find the hard sell a bit disconcerting as well..not really into 'secret sales.' But the basic product is good, I would recommend.

Placed order for eight masks, received four. Zero customer success team. ZERO. They do not answer the phone or return emails. Try for yourself. Find masks elsewhere.

I love pacamask masks as they have adjustable ear elastic I can alter to fit perfectly, the silver ion gives another layer of protection, they are easy to breath in and are so stylish I get lots of compliments and get asked for ordering details. My skin is sensitive so the cotton fabric is ideal as my skin reacts badly to the surgical type unfortunately. So a great big thank you pacamask keep up the good work. I have bought other products and equally as pleased with those. Would highly recommend staff always polite and helpful too.

While I am  happy  with the mask,  I cannot see how you justify charging  £3 for shipping, and sending it by 2st  class mail,  a letter which was weighing  just 50g, at the very least you could send it by 1st class, as it took 5 days to arrive. You also give a Track Your Shipment number, but when you go to check it, Royal Mail say, "Tracking information is not available for this service".

Masks are great. Designs fun and you can co ordinate with your outfits if you feel so inclined. They are comfortable and I always carry 2 in their cases in my bag just in case. I wash them when I get home so they are always fresh to use. I have bought for friends who seem pleased. All in all as good as it gets.

I first ordered facemasks from pacamask in June 2020. There was a bit of a delay in receiving them as at that time there was in general a great demand for facemasks. However, when I contacted the company, I was very impressed by their prompt, courteous reply and follow-up. I have since placed several orders for family and friends and experienced no further problems. The masks are good quality, very comfortable, wash well and the ear loops are easily adjustable. To sum up: all a customer really wants is a quality product and good, courteous customer service, and that is what I have received from pacamask.

I have purchased over 20 of these masks probably for all my family, as they get washed on a regular basis. We each have different designs so that we don't end up using each others. Designs are beautiful and the masks are super comfortable, with the adjustable straps. The Silver Ion fabric, which is scientifically proven to kill 99% of bacteria for up to 50 washes gives an additional feeling of safety, plus the fact that there is more than one layer of fabric. Feels much safer than the other single fabric looser fitting ones out there on the market. Highly recommended.

I have ordered many masks from this company for my family. They are easily adjusted for a comfortable fit and the different patterns are really nice. The fact they have silver ion in them reassures me they are the best protective masks available.

Great masks, very comfortable and easy to wear. The adjustable fitting means all the family can wear them safely. Although not the cheapest masks on the market, they are worth the money paid as the wash and wear, numerous times, without shrinking. Would recommend.

I've made several purchases from Pacamask. When i first came across these mask i remembered a display at the science museum about how effective silver ions were in combating germs, so decided i would give these masks a try. I enjoyed choosing the right design for members of my family, and there was something to suit everybody! The order came quickly and the masks were well made. Feed back from the recipients was great, and they don't just praise things to keep Grandma happy. I have since bought a number of other items such as boxes for disinfecting things using light as well as "magic wands" as Christmas presents. They were all very successful presents!
