Greenhouse delivered with packing torn wide open and greenhouse frame all bent. returned immediately without taking off the van. Refund received as no others in stock. Sourced the same order elsewhere for £150 less, delivered next day in perfect condition.

The delivery of the item ordered was very poor. Communication depended on us the customer making contact and chasing up. Whilst we recognise that we didn't provide a telephone number on ordering once we had done this we was told that we would be contacted at the beginning of the following week with a delivery date. This didn't happen and we rang up again. We was then told that we would have delivery on the Friday. On Friday no delivery and missed you card. Chased up again on the Saturday was told they would chase up on Monday with the delivery company. On Sunday a neighbour came round to say he hadn't taken it in from the company. As no card had been left and the neighbour lives 5 doors down we had no idea that it had been delivered. Monday greenhouse warehouse sent a email saying item delivered. No explanation why we had not been left a card. Very poor after sales, no tracking of goods neighbour could have kept the item and we wouldn't have known. Item was average it took a lot of putting together and the roof felt didn't fit across the top! Would not use this company again.

Good turn around of goods and all round general help.

Everything about process was first rate, however one of boxes has some damage at the end. I haven't had chance to open and erect greenhous due to weather so I'll have to see if anything inside is damaged.

I was having trouble keeping my sunlite panels secure on my greenhouse, but the new G clips which arrived the day after ordering from Greenhouse Warehouse have solved it.

Greenhouse panels damaged in storms and not many places who could provide exact replacement size except this company who delivered day after order. Excellent service and fantastic saving from other companies.

Great quality and service.

It was suggested that the installation was a two person operation but I was not prepared for the complexity of the installation. I had decided to employ an experienced handyman to help with the installation as he had already prepared the base, he had not previously erected any similar greenhouses and despite our combined efforts it was a time consuming and very challenging exercise. The instructions consisted of mainly diagrams and very few words and on several occasions we had to dis-assemble sections and repeat work. We both felt that wording highlighting parts of the construction would have helped considerably. It was a relief when we had finished and a sense of achievement. I am very pleased with the finished article and feel it represents good value for money. My dealings with staff at Greenhouse Warehouse were cordial and they were very efficient. I would recommend employing an experienced person to assist if you are not confident or have had previous experience yourself.

Definitely recommended - quick accurate delivery of much needed items, all exactly as described. Have used you before and will again - hopefully without a hurricane's intervention!
