Quality product that was better than I could find in my local garden centres. This product is flat on both sides and UV stable. Garden Centre products did not have that and were unlikely to last as long. I would have preferred 'larger bubbles' but nobody seems to sell it in that size any more. Delivery was superb - next day delivery. I will look to make future purchases with this company.

The order came when it said it would and very pleased with the goods. I have just started useing the sealant for my Crittal greenhouse and the strip fits the groove as stated in the advertisement. Overall very pleased with the goods

Arrived within three working days, not next working day as promised - apparently due to the courier not having the full address (although that was given at point of order). Items fine, accurately cut and fit well.

This firm is brilliant-from helpful advice on how much tape to buy to replace all the glass panels in a 70's greenhouse to supplying 4mm polycarb in value packs, they were fabulous all round-great free fast delivery, and items well packaged-items now fitted and we look forward to a bumper crop from our stylish new looking greenhouse next year-we are delighted and would definately use again-thanks very much!

Bought a clay chiminea as a present, it was beautiful! Really well packaged and delivered promptly. The product looks exactly like the web image. I would recommend the greenhouse warehouse and will use the, again myself!

The web site said that the order would be dispatched the next working day and it was! A very fast and efficient service from this company that I would definately use again

I like the product I believe its quite well made with one or two niggling features- like fitting of the glazing with the fixing strips which very difficult to fit, also the wheels for the sliding door with a fixing screw which is too small in diameter it should in my opinion have a sleeve inside it slightly longer than the wheel so that it can be fixed tightly whithout locking up the wheels -so it runs smoothly. Also some of the diagrams are not easy to read in so much that the detail shown does not give a good representation of the part being assembled in several cases.(I have an Engineering background)

I ordered acrylic panels; it was explained that the delivery would not be next day since I lived in a particular area (west coast of Scotland) and there would be a delivery charge of £27 with delivery within 2-3 days. A week later I still had not received the order and telephoned Greenhouse Warehouse to be advised that the courier company had tried to deliver and had not been successful and had left a card. Such was not the case. The delivery was eventually made, a week late. I requested reconsideration of the delivery charge and received a brief acknowledgement but no replies to further two emails I sent over the next six weeks. I telephoned today and was told since the goods were delivered there will be no refund. Very disappointing since if I had known the delivery would take so long I would have arranged for the goods to be delivered elsewhere at a lower cost. What is particularly disappointing is the attitude of the company.
