Great that they have items for old greenhouses that I could not find elsewhere.

ordered heater one day, received next morning, assembled and in operation the same day. now that''s good going! I'll look on Greenhouse Warehouse first for any garden items.

delivery prompt and all items ordered were received. Packaging a bit torn but contents ok. Assembly took about 3 days. Due to a gale ( this is West Cornwall !) with the door only not fitted in place, a large panel at the rear of the greenhouse released itself from its clips and disappeared - not to be seen again! A call to customer service and another panel soon arrived. This installed with extra clips at the same time as the door and no problems with gale force winds so far. Bottom door sliders would not take the screws provided without breaking despite 3 sets supplied so have had to improvise. I would give 5 stars if this had not been a problem.

The log store came within a couple of days of ordering. The staff were helpful on the phone and even the courier they used was very friendly! The log store is exactly as described and my partner and son put it together in a couple of hours without any swearing or fighting so I presume it was straight forward to do so!

Landed on this site after searching for the polycarbonate sheets I required. They were priced fairly and although there was no option to self pick up, the delivery charges were reasonable and item arrived within 5 days. Job Done

Our greenhouse glass had shattered so we urgently needed to replace it. We ordered late Wednesday evening and it arrived on Friday. All repaired on Saturday morning! What a brilliant service. Didn't pay for super delivery either.

I ordered some Polycarbonate. It arrived in two days but it was damaged. Not surprising with Boot marks all over the packaging. I contacted Greenhouse Warehouse and i got an immediate response of a replacement. That arrived quick and i am very pleased. The postage charge for this sort of item was the cheapest i could find online. I would certainly go back to Greenhouse Warehouse.
