I would use this vendor with out any qualms good service

The price charged was correct however I thought I wax buying a product which was twice the size it was. I had been comparing the prices on different sites and thought you product was the same as other sites but it was half the size but a little cheaper than the other sites larger products . It was my fault but I did feel cheated

I checked other companies and found that neither price or ease of ordering were anywhere near as good. Also delivery was twice the price for what was really a very light order! Well done Greenhouse Warehouse!!

The product was exactly as described, good value and prompt delivery. My one reservation is that the courier service did not seem to handle the goods with care; packages in the van seemed to be piled up rather than carefully stacked. My package had one corner protector missing and the bubble wrap torn.

The initial wheelbarrow turned up damaged but I have a replacement one which is great quality and I look forward to using it for many years.

Quality goods and quick turn around from ordering the goods to receiving the goods will be using this site again

Despite ordering it some weeks ago & the money beiong taken from my bank account, it's not been delivered yet & no indication has been received of when it will be delivered. As such, I can't really say any more & giving 3 stars (as above) is pretty meaningless! You need to co-ordinate these surveys with the seller!

I thought my greenhouse would be useless as I could not find the little rollers for the door until I found this company on the internet, they saved my greenhouse from being pulled down and being sent to the tip. I love growing things and my little greenhouse is back in business.

After the damage done to my greenhouse by the winter winds I was at a loss as to where I could buy replacement glass. The well known DIY company where I bought it from were unable to help. In desperation I did a search on the internet and Greenhouse Warehouse came up. They were very helpful and efficient and found me a polypropylene replacement set of pre-cut sheets. The product arrived when they said it would. Fitting was easy and I am delighted with the results.I have already recommended them to several people.

Order went well, untill delivery. We were told it would be 3 to 5 days, but this was not so. We were not contacted after being told we would be. Communication could be much better.
