My sweet cocker spaniel is a picky eater. I have tried numerous kinds of dog food. She has finally settled happily on one and that is Spot & Tango chicken. If Rosie likes the taste & texture … then many other pups will too! Give it a try!!

I ordered the hypoallergenic cod and salmon recipe and slowly introduced the food to my dog who has skin allergies. After making it through the trial period where I was giving such a little amount mixed with my dogs normal food I ordered more. After this my dog developed a skin reaction to all paws and her face. I immediately stopped the dog food and her skin improved. I contacted Spot and Tango and was denied a refund on my 3 unopened bags of any sort. I attempted to restart my dog on the Spot and tango food as a topper to use it up and my dog again broke out in a rash to all paws. I again contacted Spot and Tango who refused a refund and was told to review the return policy to which I did. The return policy states, “If you have issues with subsequent orders, contact us, tell us what happened, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure you’re taken care of”. I’m not sure how they have done anything to take care of me or my pet.

What I love most about Spot and Tango is that my dog loves it! He’s a picky eater but is racing to the bowl and I have been home cooking his food for the past year! Funny that he still prefers Spot and Tango food more that the healthy meals I was already making for him. It’s easier for me, good for him, comes packaged to easily serve and gets to my door quickly and in perfect shape! What’s not to love??

Received the beginner pack that was 2 packets of food for two week trial. My dog could not tolerate it. Vomiting and loose stools, so cancelled as soon as I got a notice my next shipment was going out (Saturday) of course no one is around on weekends, but I did cancel the account and send email and text to stop shipment. Called Monday and shipment was not returnable, although it is dry dogfood and I had to pay 50% and donate to a shelter. Not really comfortable donating food that made my pup sick, so not sure what I’ll do with it. Disappointed that there is no satisfaction guarantee. Lesson learned!

I cannot praise Spot and Tango enough! As a pet parent of a Beagle, an American Bully, and a Great Dane, I’ve faced my fair share of challenges with picky eating and sensitive stomachs. Surprisingly, even my Beagle, who’s notoriously picky (yes, a picky Beagle!), loves the food from Spot and Tango. The American Bully, who can be just as finicky, devours every meal with gusto. The real game-changer, though, has been for my Great Dane with a sensitive tummy. We used to deal with constant digestive issues and dreaded the mess, but since switching to Spot and Tango, those problems have completely disappeared. His digestion has improved dramatically, and the issues with his poop are a thing of the past. The food is top-notch, and I appreciate the convenience it offers. It’s clear that Spot and Tango puts a lot of care into their products, which shows how much my dogs enjoy and benefit from their meals. We give Spot and Tango an A+ for making mealtime a joyous occasion for all of us. Highly recommended for any dog owner looking for high-quality, convenient, and palatable dog food!

The dogs love this food! Lady is a mix of pit bull and ridgeback and is almost 13. Tramp is a mix of hound and shepherd and he is 7! It is so much easier and healthy... No more refrigerator or freezer! The personalized scoop for the dogs is perfect and no guessing!

I wish I could put zero star. My dog has been eating the Fresh Recipe from Spot & Tango. He really likes. Because we are traveling with our dog for 1 week, I wanted to order Unkibble which does not require refrigerator. I placed an order but immediately realized that I placed 8 weeks food which would be too much. I tried to cancel immediately using their website. There was no option for customers to simply cancel using their website. Only way you could cancel is either 'text' or 'call'. Since it was outside of business hours, they did not allow me to call, therefore, I texted particularly stated that 'Do not ship' as I knew that they may say that 'it has been already shipped, so you cannot cancel' Guess what? they ignored my text and shipped anyway. I called next morning, and they said that 'yes, you cannot cancel it online, and its already shipped, therefore, there is nothing we can do other than 50% refund' They even said that 'you can get all food with 50% off! and you can donate' .... seriously... I have seen multiple similar reviews written for Spot and Tango. Unfortunately, the Spot & Tango does not even try to improve their website for customers to cancel the order simpler way nor change their policy, especially when customer reached before shipping. They provided some excuse that 'customer service and warehouse are two different places; therefore, you reached customer service does not mean that you could cancel the order' Also, they blamed me that because I texted 'out of office hours', the message was not reached to the warehouse. Therefore no 100% refund. It is really disappointing how they operate their business.

We love Spot & Tango as much as our dog does! We have tried many different dog food companies and have finally found a winner. Our dog loves it and hasn't refused to eat it after a couple of weeks like he's done before. His potty time has improved and he's doing really well. We love the convenience of storage and serving. We are never going back to fresh or frozen food after having so much waste. A shipment has never been delayed like we experienced with other companies and it's so easy to update subscription options. We love the treats, too!

Spot and Tango made the process of ordering food for my dog really simple. I like that they have a dry kibble option that's affordable. My dog loves the food so much more than the kibble I'd been buying from Petsmart. They made the food transition process instructions clear and easy to understand as well!

My dog, Coda is a picky eater. I had seen numerous adds for different fresh products and actually tried another one that advertises. Theirs came frozen and at first Coda ate fine - until he just walked away and left the food. I was very worried about leaving it out for hours and then a day. Finally I gave it away (very expensive I might add). Spot and Tango gave me the option of a dry food. He eats it at different times and I no longer have to worry about spoilage. I did a lot of research before choosing Spot & Tango and I am so happy with the results, it has been the best decision I made for my pup. Kona is entering her senior years and I want her to be as happy and healthy as she could be. I have always fed her a mix of kibble and homemade food but really wanted to remove the kibble. The more research I did the more I was convinced it was unhealthy and causing the issues she faced. I made the switch a few months ago and my Kona girl loves her food and is so excited at dinner time. Since I made the switch she has lost a much needed 10 pounds and has so much more energy and is playful like when she was a puppy, she is 7 years old. She is not itching or licking her paws as much as she used to and is just overall healthier and happier. I highly recommend Spot & Tango for your pup!

The food is great and my dogs love it but their supply is inaccurate. I’ve been using their provided scooper and the food doesn’t last as long as it should. Update June 12, 2024: the Spot & Tango team provided me 2 extra bags then told me I could pay for more food moving forward… I shouldn’t have to pay for more food. The supply I signed up for should last 28 days!!! I have downgraded a star because of this service.

Customer service is awesome, quick and efficient, far superior to that of a major competitor. They stand by their trial and refunded me for a recipe my dog was not keen on, and we switched the plan to just the recipe my dog does love. I dropped one star as the plans are pretty expensive.

Food is great. Our dog loves it! So happy we switched. Knowing they’re eating very healthy food gives us peace of mind. She absolutely loves it! It was nice to get a sample of another flavor so that we could try things out.

The food is great, my pup loves it, but a month supply by their standards is more like a two week supply. I’m using the scoop that was provided and the food is going so quick. This honestly makes it too expensive. I’m okay with $115 a month but a $115 every two weeks is too hard. 😕

I can't say enough good things about this food and company. The box arrives on time and it is easy to get it sooner if you need on line. I love my Frenchie's coat and weight. It's been 6 months now and I just got a friend to order her first bag for her new puppy :) Thank you for such a quality food and I can't wait to try the Turkey and Pumpkin next month. Holly

I had Bradley on farmers dog for awhile but he acted like he couldn't get full. So I tried Spot and Tango. He loves it and even though his portion is small it totally satisfies him . He doesn't act like he always hungry anymore. Bradley is now a happy 9 year old dog. I don't have to worry about him gaining weight cause sometimes he will leave a little for eat on later . We love it.
