I ordered a latex pillow from whisper organics. I was impressed with the website and the quality they offer. Alex sent a personal note along with the pillow. It is a high quality pillow but unfortunately it is too hard for my taste. When the company asked if I was satisfied and I explained I couldn't use the pillow, they immediately refunded my money saying they guaranteed 100% satisfaction. Alex suggested I give the pillow to someone who could use it. I have never been so well treated by a company and I am so impressed! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to be treated fairly and respectfully!

The mattress pad was delivered earlier than promised. It’s comfy and cooler than my old one. I really appreciate that it’s GOTS certified. I was concerned at first that, because my mattress is not real thick and the mattress pad sides are generous, it would bunch up. But it stays in place. I’m very satisfied with my purchase!

Just love your company, they go above and beyond for their customers and their product is beautiful Only complaint I’ve ever had is so a while ago I bought some organic sheets and they were super thin so I wish that you’d make some that we’re a little bit thicker but still organic

I tried to get in touch with whisper organic by email (2times) by chat ( 2 days) by phone (leaving messages) by where was no answers. I recently purchased this organic cotton mattress pad, and overall, I’m very pleased with the product. The organic cotton feels soft and breathable, adding a noticeable layer of comfort to my bed. One thing to note is that the mattress pad didn’t stay perfectly in place initially. However, after washing it twice, it fits much better and stays put. We got our pillows and were immediately able to use them that night.. no chemical smell where we had to let them air out first and then, more importantly, we have used them every night since and are both loving the sleep we are getting. I will have to check back in a month or so as it’s only been a week but we are in love

I love the quality of my mattress pad. I have a fairly thick mattress & a foam topper yet the mattress pad is a little loose.

I had reached out to customer service. As the pillow I purchased seemed too thick for what I typically like. Customer service was timely and wonderful but my return. Well, before I could return it my husband pressured me to try the pillow as he said he was sleeping so well. I tried it: no more tossing and turning and I slept solid. Guess I didn’t need a thinner pillow.

I placed an order on Saturday and received it on Monday!!! I actually slept better and also love the quality of my mattress pad!!! Thank you❤️
