Delivery was timely, faster than anticipated. This is my second mattress cover order. Love that fabric is organic. Washes well so far.

Prompt delivery, easy transaction. Flannel sheets were very linty after first wash. I had to thoroughly clean the washer out before next wash and used the dryer (never do) to collect extra lint off the sheets. Sheets are very soft and cozy and sale price made it worth the extra lint.

wonderful lux pillow cases

I ordered a mattress protector and it had DEAD BUGS inside that you can clearly see. I reached out to do a return but their chat does not work, the phone goes straight to voicemail and nobody has responded to my emails. Like the other reviews said, I feel like I have been robbed and I don’t understand how a business can operate this way. I am very concerned with the lack of response.

My new sheet set and mattress pad are wonderful. Whisper Organics was really helpful in guiding me to the reviews before I made my purchase. Overall a great experience!

Update: This company has since given a refund. They included the shipping cost. They also offered to give me a blanket for free . They have made it right. However I declined the offer. I simply needed a refund. They since asked me to update this review and I told them I would. However I didn’t do this in a timely manner and they tried to have my review removed for defamation. I would like to thank Trustpilot for keeping it up. I ordered two twin sheets and paid to have them shipped faster. I got them and was not happy with the quailty. I never fully opened and emailed the day I received that I wanted a refund. Didn’t hear back for over 24 hours. I emailed again. Nothing. I called Amazon who delivered it and they are going to work on getting in touch with them. They email me back and ask for the order number ( which was clearly sent with each email) now another 30 hours later after more emails and calls and messages left to this company and the have yet to respond. Not worth over $100 for these sheet. Everyone says they are great at communicating. Not with me and I don’t understand why. I don’t make a lot of money but wanted high quality cotton sheets. These are not the quality that the price demands!

This company is great! We purchased the 500 thread-count sheets, and they’re comfortable and durable. We feel more at ease knowing they’re made from 100% organic cotton. We had a very minor issue with one flat sheet (we ordered 2 sheet sets and 2 mattress protectors), and they replaced it at no cost to us and let us keep the original! We’ll be purchasing more sets from Whisper Organics in the future.

Whisper Organics is a great company. I have both the standard cotton mattress pad and now the Luxury Organic Mattress Cover. I have washed them both in cold water and dried on low setting. However, even though they make the covers one inch larger both in length and width, the first time I washed them they shrunk, so that the quilting does not go all the way to the top of the matter or the bottom. That was disappointing, however, the covers are very good quality and I would order from Whisper Organics again.
