If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered almost a month ago, order still hasn't shipped. I inquired twice about it before I received a text-like response that said "I will check on it." After that - silence. I contacted them again. This time they claimed my order had been "lost in transit". Kind of hard to believe considering the fact the order was still marked as unshipped by the very tracking app the company tells you to use to track the order through. Also in that same email, there was a "proof" provided (seems odd they wouldn't have provided that before I complained). And that proof? Well, it had a two-headed dog face right in the top center of the crotch on the leggings. No where else on the leggings was there a two-headed dog face, just the crotch right in the center. You can also see random outline marks around a lot of the dog prints, like a 5-year-old designed it. No one in their right mind would wear these things. After I pointed out some of these errors, I requested either a new proof and an actual shipment of my order or my money back. I have yet to hear anything back. I should have read the other reviews here before ordering, seems like everyone has had a similar experience. Save yourself time and money and do not order anything from them. Just one big scam.

I ordered 8 pairs of socks for my kid's for Christmas 2022. First off, I didn't get them in the time that they said it would be shipped. Second, I provided them with the correct pictures for each color sock I wanted, and one of them came incorrect. They don't have a phone number to call, but have an email. I emailed them of the problem snd they said they to send the picture that it was supposed to be. I had to email a few weeks later to get a confirmation that it was redone. I emailed again amonth and a half later asking where the replacement socks are. They emailed back saying they sent the replacements in January. It is now March and still no socks. I think these people are not in the United States like they say. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I ordered from this company because of the fast speed for a Christmas party. Never got a tracking number. Sent an email, nothing. Sent another email, got a reply saying they got hacked and they said they would send them with a new tracking number in 3 days. That of course didn’t happen. I ordered on January 1 still no socks!

Edited to update: After I posted this negative review and reached out again through their online email form (not their chat which doesn't appear to work) I finally received a response. My order had been "lost in transit" whatever that means. They sent me a proof and hopefully I will receive my item in 7 more business days... I placed an order on January 3rd. Now on January 14th it still shows order placed, no progress. I have tried emailing and reaching out on chat. No one ever responds.

On December 11th I placed a large order for a coworker’s retirement party. The party was December 21st, and the socks arrived that morning. Whew! I had been communicating with Doga Socks through emails the whole time. Their website didn’t show that the order had made any progress, but they assured me that it had. They were always quick to respond. The socks were a HUGE hit! Everyone loved them!!!

They never shipped the socks. I contacted them a week ago on their live chat to ask what was going on and cancel if needed, and they never replied there either. Edit: AFTER I disputed the charge, they responded. I had sent them an email to be sure they cancelled the order, and this time they replied right away. Not sure whether it was because their live chat just doesn't work and they never saw my request there, or whether the dispute bumped priority. They said it's because they're a small company. I get it! But I was buying the chance to delight my loved ones for Christmas, and their site made me believe I could do that. I'm still quite disappointed.

Placed an order for a Large, the receipt shows a Medium sock size. I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. Emailed about the size change, never heard back and 5 business days later, still not shipped. Called the only phone number I could find, it's disconnected. I want my money returned or the size Large socks I've personalized.

choose another company. i placed an order two weeks ago based on the website stating that orders will be received in 7-10 days. i’ve emailed them and haven’t heard back. they’re chat function on the website is a scam. buyer beware.

Disappointed with service and product. I ordered the socks for a loved one as a Christmas present. It took a while to get the socks I ordered which was fine because I assumed they were taking their time to ensure the quality was right. I received the socks and the dog’s face is cut in half on the sides of the socks multiple times and it looks incredibly strange when wearing. They are telling me that I approved them, which I did approve the image but they did not send me what it would look like on someone’s leg. None of the advertisements show the animals’ faces cut in half down the side but they asked me how they were supposed to do that? I’m trying to explain to them that that is not my issue to figure out but what is advertised on their site is not what I received. She stopped communicating with me via the chat and said they would contact me by email. Now I won’t have a present for this person in time and it appears I am out my $25 for a pair of socks. They advertise that each pair is inspected for print quality- that person could use replacing or reorienting. I have worked in customer service for years and the customer service person could use some classes in that department as well. If they do contact me via email, I will be requesting again a replacement or refund. I will update this review with the resolution. Edit: refund received!

The photograph transfer was great but the quality of the socks was just so so. I wasn’t impressed. The way they’re woven when they stretch the dog’s face is elongated and it looks funny.

Do not trust this business it is an absolute SCAM. Their "customer service" has been trying to argue with me in text message format via email and it is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had ordering anything. He has responded that "I should behave" and then when I inquired further about whenever I was receiving a refund or reshipment the only response was "have a nice day". They tried to say my original order was delivered although it was not. The person running this is very immature to the point it is comical. Do not give bad people your business.

Excellent quality- I had a custom order using a photograph and it came out very well considering it’s printed on socks! There was a hiccup with my order, but they were amazing at their customer service, and am truly satisfied with my pair of socks!! Cannot thank them enough!!
