Très bien pour le véhicule qui était nickel et conforme à nos attentes, de même pour la personne qui c’est occupé de l’état des lieu d’arriver et de retour, personne très sympathique et professionnel. Je n’en dirai pas autant sur la personne qui c’est occupé de nous pour l’administratif, que nous avons trouvé très froide, directive, et expéditive donc côté commercial a revoir .

I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from Hertz Trois Soleils. It appears Hertz Trois Soleils operates through a network of agents, mainly motorhome sales companies, who manage their rentals. I rented a motorhome near Strasbourg, and despite contacting Hertz in advance to cancel a bike rack and arrange payment for a cleaning charge through their website, neither request was honoured when I arrived. The agent at the depot told me these issues were "nothing to do with them" and that I should take it up with Hertz. Due to the early 9:30 AM return time, I had to cut my holiday short by a day to thoroughly clean the motorhome at a nearby car wash. The check-in process was rushed, and the agent—who spoke no English—pointed out damage to one wing mirror. I hadn't noticed it before returning the vehicle, but I did recall catching the mirror on a toll barrier, so I fully accepted responsibility for that. However, he also highlighted some minor rub marks on the opposite mirror, which I argued were normal wear and tear, as has been my experience with UK motorhome rentals. No other issues were pointed out, and I signed the form—written entirely in French—trusting that the agent had documented everything fairly. To my shock, I later received a bill exceeding €2,300, which included charges for replacing both mirrors, cleaning a vehicle that was already in very clean condition, a scratch on the door that was never pointed out (and I’m confident did not exist), and scratched glass that was also never mentioned. Despite my attempts to dispute these charges, Hertz has been slow to respond and has refused to provide any photographic evidence of the alleged damage. They are relying on a signed document I didn’t fully understand, which I now believe is fraudulent. Based on this experience and similar reviews from others, I strongly suspect that Hertz’s agents may be scamming their customers, and Hertz themselves appear unwilling to take any action. I recommend thinking twice before renting from Hertz Trois Soleils, and if you do, do not sign anything unless you fully understand what you're agreeing to.

Wij hadden hoge verwachtingen van onze vakantie toen we begin augustus 2024 een camper huurden bij Hertz Trois Soleils Bergerac voor een reis van 3 tot 16 augustus. Helaas werden onze plannen volledig in de war gestuurd door ernstige gebreken aan de camper die we ontvingen. Het grootste probleem was de defecte elektrische bediening van zowel het bed als de tafel. Deze storing betekende dat we niet konden gebruikmaken van de vijf slaapplaatsen zonder constant afhankelijk te zijn van een 220V stroomaansluiting. Dit beperkte onze bewegingsvrijheid enorm en verminderde het plezier van onze vakantie aanzienlijk. Ons werd verteld dat deze problemen zouden verdwijnen na een langere rit of voldoende opladen, maar dit was absoluut niet het geval. Bij het ophalen van de camper bleek bovendien dat er een accu ontbrak onder de rechtervoorstoel. Ondanks een poging van het verhuurbedrijf om dit ter plekke te verhelpen, werd ons uiteindelijk verzekerd dat deze accu niet nodig zou zijn. Dit bleek echter een misleidende en foutieve verklaring, waardoor we onze vakantie vroegtijdig moesten beëindigen. Gedurende onze vakantie hebben we herhaaldelijk geprobeerd contact op te nemen met Hertz Trois Soleils om een oplossing te vinden, maar we kregen geen enkele adequate reactie. Dit gebrek aan ondersteuning en verantwoordelijkheid was buitengewoon teleurstellend. Uiteindelijk zagen we ons genoodzaakt om de camper vroegtijdig in te leveren en onze geplande reis richting Lissabon op te geven. We hebben Hertz Trois Soleils gevraagd om een passende compensatie voor de geleden schade en gemiste vakantiedagen. Helaas hebben we hierop nog steeds geen reactie ontvangen. Deze ervaring heeft onze vakantie in plaats van een ontspannende tijd, een bron van stress en frustratie gemaakt. Ik raad iedereen aan om goed na te denken voordat ze besluiten een camper te huren bij Hertz Trois Soleils. De gebrekkige klantenservice en technische problemen die we hebben ondervonden, maken dit bedrijf niet betrouwbaar voor een zorgeloze vakantie.

le délais de location: prendre le camping-car le samedi matin 10h pour sortir à 12h et rendre le vendredi matin 9h. pour moi ça fait pas une semaine. nous somme parti vraiment du dimanche au jeudi soir

Good service overall for our camping car rental. A side note, it is not necessary to add an outside cleaning service for a short rental because they only required us to clean inside :)

L'idée du camping car est très sympa! on se sent libre, et cette expérience nous a agréablement surpris! Coté négatif pas de cales pour stabiliser quand on s'arrête sur des terrains difficiles! location chère !

accueil, mise en main, explication parfait. horaires, ok, avec même une proposition de prendre le véhicule la veille, sympa. véhicule nickel, quasi neuf, mais aménagement moyen (peu de rangements et manipulation du siège AV pour le pivoter particulièrement nulle par rapport à des versions Fiat). en revanche, aucun équipement, couvert, assiettes, verres, ... les concurrents font mieux (nous louons d'habitude chez un concurrent)

Le véhicule était sale intérieur et extérieur pour la livraison. La personne chargée de la prise en main ne connaissait pas ce type de véhicule.
