PLEASE READ As I valued customer for over 30 years my last experience at your Rochdale Road Branch was very disappointing and very upsetting! The girls on the shop floor have always been kind, helpful and courteous. I can not say this about the other members of staff that work at this site. They are rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. They take your money and run! Their customer service is an absolute disgrace. I sent a number of emails with no response. A phone call would have been much more appropriate in the circumstances. I found you as a manager very unhelpful and very patronising to say the least. You lost a £615 sale that day, I purchased the same bracelet at Goldsmiths little more expensive but a small price to pay knowing I never have to deal with this company again! Please do not be fooled by the message they will now post underneath mine about reaching out - they will not and have no intention to do so. Appalling service.
