This is the 3rd time I've bought off William May and have yet to have any complaints. Great delivery time, customer service is excellent and brilliant quality items. Will most definitely use again.

It has been frustrating trying to deal with this company. I have created an account and filled in the required details, incuding a bank card. However, when trying to pay for some rings in my "cart", the pay page would not load. I have made several telephone calls and emails about this, and I have offered to pay over the phone, or to go in person to a shop, although these were originally declined. However. the company repeatedly invited me by email to buy more goods. It has emerged that the problem lay in the use of "cookies", which has now been overcome.

Great website and well laid out. I had trouble completing an online transaction ( fault at my end) however the customer service I received was excellent. Product shipped without delay and received within 48 hours. Would happily use them again.
