Kerrey alone made my experience good. A very helpful, caring and a nice person. However, I found your Web Site so confusing and I would not buy from you again because of it. Does it not seem wrong to you that your staff have to spend their time showing people how to use it!? Some sites one can go through and complete their order in record time and then others are time consuming and a pest. That is why I would not come through to you again. Not all computer programmers are good. Obviously yours was not!!!!
