Chain returned, refunded, I will never recommend William May and will never use this jeweller again. Absolutely shocking. Glad I went to Top Jewellery in Birmingham, which was so much better quality and loads cheaper and proper customer service.

Unlike a lot of high street jewellers they seem to have excellent Jewellery and super second hand for similar if not better prices than the high street. Customer care was very good when I chased my item up for delivery.
