I've been ordering from The Dutch tobacconist for at least 10 years. I've had a few delays where Customs have intervened and have had to wait for package to be returned to sender. I always pay insurance to cover redespatch of original order. The customer service is always helpful and prompt and delivery is fast. Highly recommend!!
