I am always very dubious about ordering things from abroad when I have had no previous dealings with a Company but I cannot praise this Company enough. Excellent email contact and even paid twice but reassured me only one payment would be taken. Once paid on a Friday I was informed that they would be despatched Monday and they arrived Wednesday. 5 star service.

This is a brilliant shop. I had a bit of difficulty with the payment system which the lovely Marjolein sorted out in a minute, and my package arrived 2 days later. Highly recommended!

Ordered on Monday, received Wednesday afternoon. On Wednesday morning I was worried about it a little so emailed dutch tobacconist and a lovely helpful lady emailed back telling me that she could see that the parcel was down for delivery between 09:00 and 17:00. Sure enough, the package arrived at approx 16:30. Trustworthy honest site.
