Dear Sirs Must be biggest SCAM going, why is it that when anybody has an issue with their account you deny any knowledge of them existing on your systems. I have sent all updated information to yourselves that you have requested several time now and guess what no response, my account is still live with you and i am wishing to with draw my funds. These people do not leave you alone to increase your investment but are useless when you try and get them back, must be the biggest SCAM going, promised calls back and nothing. I also see now they have even updated their web site on all the services they offer, DO NOT GET SUCKED IN, leave well alone is all i can advise from my experience.

Absolute scam, At first there was several trades then everything stopped with no contact and no way to submit a message to the support link, just error messages and no replies to my emails requesting withdrawal of my funds - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR TRADING

Customer services team has always guided me out of the problem. The only criticism I have is the exchange tends to go down at times of high activity but so do most of their competitors. Good fees, good service, good functionality and good history of security!

They have been on the phone to me every single day since i have apen an account with them about 2 weeks ago trying to get me invest in more and more money. i have finally deposited more money on the 5th of September and told them i won't be depositing anymore. I've been using them a long time. They used to be terrible with constant site outages and ugly as hell website, though they've always had good customer support. In recent years I haven't seen any site outages and the website has improved significantly

The best feature of all is their amazing customer service. I'm guessing still the highest rate compared to other exchanges. Any questions just open the live chat and a real human will do their best to help. That's what I want from an exchange considering how complicated crypto can be sometimes.

Cannot contact anyone to help me cancel account and request a refund. Candice Muller seems to have disappeared as has Kyle Neilsen. Robert Rooney Account ID 12534231.if the log in they will see account details.Where it says name on card it says David Smith instead of Robert Rooney.they seem unable to locate a lot of accounts when contacting them.i,ve been logged in to MY ACCOUNT all day. SOMETHING NOT RIGHT
