Customer service was excellent. I had a transaction fail and got concerned. Reached out to them and found out the fixed rate had changed during the exchange, so that was the only reason the transaction didn't go through. I contacted customer service and they replied to me in literally 60 seconds with a solution. They resolved the transaction and I received my funds right away. Solid customer service for sure.

It's a scam and fraud website, not a legitimate business, you will most certainly lose your money because when if you try to withdraw you money they will not allow it.

Friends, do your due diligence with this company. I like to test things in the investment and crypto space, as I'm not interested in trading myself - so invested $250USD. The first broker Felix talked to fast and didn't listen to me, so I got a bit of a bad feel about him and asked for someone more senior. Then I got an even more shady broker Freya, who was prone to fabrication and didn't even make sense half the time. Yes she increased $250 to $400 in theory but the funds never were returned so it's hard to know if they existed except on their platform user interface. I worked out that this company's sole purpose is to extract finance at a level they can profit off you and not return dividends nor your seed, and to make it really difficult should you wish to withdraw. Some advice. (1) Ask for their DD documents, company registration, names of company directors etc and their regulating docs. (2) Verify your broker is a real person as they have blank photos on Watsapp (terrible method of communication) and won't do a face to face so Ask for a Zoom call or a personal verification - Linked in or some other vertifiable source. I suspect your FutureFinance24 broker will get an antsy and try to talk you out and there is your red flag. (3) Pay in through Paypal so that you can dispute if things go wrong. (4) Read reviews, go to Youtube and read the notices. (5) Be aware that you will put in dollars and if you ever get to withdraw it's going to be in crypto so if you don't get this - go for a different sort of investment. In my case I asked to withdraw my $450. Whilst awaiting for my withdrawal of my so called gains ($250 to $450), FutureFinance24 locked me out of their portal and my account. So, I went to Paypal, disputed the transaction and guess - last night (26/7) I got my $250 back. Don't read their response to this legit review, as Future Finance 24 are not going to agree with honest reviews (from what I can see the ones on this site are not legit as they are definitely not good brokers in my experience). Do your homework and really scope out the risk. If you like gambling from time to time (I do) have some fun but I'd be super cautious with any plan over $250. And last consideration, when you join them your phone will get hit up with random calls and they even use numbers that do not link back to the company. At least 6 of the numbers they called me on do not work or go to some other poor sod in New Zealand. Good luck, be careful but maybe just avoid this lot of shonky traders.

Obviously the c*nts who run this scam, and “Rafael” have never heard of the saying “he who doth protest too much” 😒 Since putting up my reviews, the scammers have given all the negative reviews the same robot response saying “message us privately” with nowhere to actually message them privately 🤔 they requested more info from my latest review, next thing I know, the scammer who claims to be my “broker” is messaging me again, not a coincidence! He tries to act nice and make it look like he gives a s**t about me and my partner, even though he’s the sole reason we’ve lost literally everything, as the c*nt prayed upon our desperate situation, he lost us our income because you have to have a physical address to qualify for any benefits in the s**thole that is called New Zealand 😒 and says “I hope you don’t think that I’m a scammer or a bad person” I’ve got a tonne of evidence to prove that he is in fact, a scammer, so I responded with “I know you’re a scammer and bad person” and he didn’t like that response. He says that something has to be done with my case by the end of the month, and demands $1450, again, (apparently the value of my wallet has not changed at all in the last month as that was his reason when the amount was raised from the original $1000) quoting “there is no free money in this world” despite me telling him many, many times that we don’t, nor will we ever have anything close to $1450, period. I responded to that comment of his saying “there is when you steal it” he REALLY didn’t like that and proceeded to become very verbally abusive, telling me to “F*** off” has the audacity to say he’s “fed up with MY bulls**t and stupidity” 🤯 even though he has all of my money 🤬 accuses me of not thinking logically and threatens to block me again… either way he’s stolen $6000 from me and won’t give any of it back, so his blocking me is an empty threat because I’m not getting my money back whether we’re in contact or not 🤬🤷🏼‍♀️ He won’t even accept the very fair compromise I’ve given him several times, even though he doesn’t deserve it, of taking this fake “fee” out of the $18,000 that’s in my trading account and giving me the remainder, which would resolve the issue, especially mine and my partners, and it would get him out of our lives for good, but he won’t accept it and keeps demanding the money from me, so this can’t be anything but a SCAM!! He was even stupid enough to ask “if I’m a scammer why would I contact you again” after immediately demanding $1500 straight after unblocking me 🤯 and he calls me stupid… as well as the fact I’m a woman who won’t bow down to him, making him feel emasculated cause I can tell he’s of an ethnicity/race/religion where woman are subservient to men, but I’m not bowing down to this c*nt of a thieving scammer. I contacted the Financial Conduct Authority where he’s supposedly “registered” and they’ve confirmed that he is 100% a scammer and that futurefinance24.com does not exist as a legitimate company. They’re SCAMMERS whose only goal is to STEAL money from people and they don’t give two s**ts who they steal from or what happens to their victims so long as our money ends up in their pockets 🤬 they’re absolutely disgusting excuses for human beings 🤢🤮 who have no souls, no hearts and only have eyes for everyone else’s money so that they can be both lazy c*nts, and c*nts in general by getting rich off everyone else’s money 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻 Scam.
