This company had the easiest order system of all that I tried. Add to that delivery 5 days earlier than advised, very impressed

The product was good, but we weren't able to be sure of that until we had bought one roll. It would have been helpful to see a small sample in advance, but I was told this was not possible. Buying a single roll was expensive because of the transport cost, but the company acknowledged this and refunded much of that cost - a very efficient and helpful response.

Good price, especially as all cutting was included in the headline cost. The products were very well packaged. The 'Recent Order' section in the account system is poor. The tracking never moved beyond 'processing', even though I have now received the products.

No communication ref delivery dates etc but everything arrived in good order. All now used in in my mum's greenhouse.

All stuff arrived within a week off the order and was all ok , we ordered a bronze polycarbonate roof, glad I ordered the 16mm, it looks good.

Great product at a great price.

Good product, poor communication. I had to chase for information every day with no calls back until after the first delivery had been made. When I was told of the delivery date, I wasn't given even a broad time band and seemed to be expected to wait all day for it to be delivered (8am - 5pm). As this was a delivery to site this was not possible. In the event, the delivery arrived at around 10am so not put out too much. One of the items was wrong (the Glazing Shop had ordered it correctly) and this was replaced 3 days later. Communication about this was fine.

I want to build a lean to against my bungalow wall and purchased the products from The Glazing Shop. This was something new for me and to be honest really didn't know what I was doing, but they rang me up and after querying my needs, set me in the right direction. A delivery was set up and it was bang on time. Cannot fault this company in any way and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service delivered sooner than expected

Excellent service, delivery and quality of goods also excellent. Although the precut sheets were quite roughly cut I did have to make several finer cuts myself.

Great service at the best price around, delivered as promised and polycarbonate cut exactly to size saving a lot of grief having to cut to size myself. has been used to make a 5m long canopy at the back of the house. The amount of light that the panels let through is a total revelation (16mm clear)........ very pleased with the outcome of my project.
