We have two projects underway and we were able to source all the materials required without any issues. Specifically we needed larger sheets than are available from the local retailers - a very simple ordering system now we wait to see how good the delivery system is

Over a week and a half after the placed order and no seller communication, I chase up by email (as the phone was never answered) to be told of a one-week delivery slot. The delivery is partially correct with someone else’s item being delivered in error. A week later I chase up for the correct delivery. A “sometime early in the week” slot is given. The remedial delivery arrives (with no collection of that other person’s 5 metre long item) and there is still a missing item I ordered. No response to my email (again, no one answers the phone) to request a refund for the missing item. One month on from the original order date, I raise a PayPal dispute and PayPal facilitates the refund.

I received my order Acknowledgment on the 25th March, it stated that I would receive my order on week commencing the 6th April, having not received it by the Friday 9th, to be told it had been delivered! I wish that had been the case, They assured me they would look into, finally I was assured that it was on its way and would be with me on Tuesday 24th at the absolute latest the Wednesday, having phoned 7 times today following up my call at 9 am to find out where it is they haven't had the curtesy to get back to me, I suspect its because of embarrassment, knowing that there delivery system or lack of stock or general incompetence as a business shines through, you need to communicate with your clientele and when you say you will phone back you do phone back, and at the moment I'm a very vexed creditor!

Poor customer service. Tried calling (a lot!!) and went to answer phone. When I did finally get through and I started to place my order then phone went dead. Tried to call again, no answer. Again I finally got through and when I started to go through my order the lady put the phone down. So I finally ordered the materials needed online. I received no confirmation email after the order was placed. No email to say when I would expect delivery. After 10 days or so I phoned again, after several tries I got through, was told the delivery would be on the Wednesday, this didn’t show up and then it finally arrived today. Again no communication!!!

All delivered as promised, sheets sealed top and bottom with tape. Now to see if my carpentry is as square as the glazing

Found you guys to be a lot cheaper than others advertising online. As well as the polycarbonate sheets, also managed to get glazing bars etc... that were also a lot cheaper. The flat fee delivery was great considering we’re in Newcastle. The guy who delivered was really pleasant and explained the 7 day delivery shortages policy of any thing was missing ( which there wasn’t ) Polycarbonate sheets have been cut to order and were exactly as requested. Cheers I’ll pass my recommendations on!

The 25mm polycarbonate was cut perfectly to size, and delivered in a very reasonable time, also ordered the glazing bars and all edging in 25mm brown. The glazing bars turned out to be white, the plastic end pieces white, the brown front edging was 16mm not 25, there were unfortunate delays to those errors being addressed and replacements sent out to me due to staff working from home and whilst that was frustrating, a member of staff contacted me direct on own personal mobile number and kept me informed and ultimately got them replaced. Now all good. The important thing is that they were replaced and it is reassuring that it did get sorted

Really pleased with The glazing shop. I placed a large order of 10mm poly sheets and accessories and everything arrived as expected on time and the delivery driver was very helpful. The product is brilliant. The whole experience has been great and Lisa was very nice over the phone. I am really surprised of other people's feedback as for me this was a good purchase and their prices are the cheapest at the moment. I had a quote from a different local supplier and I almost choked! Well done from me.

I ordered a sheet of plastic roofing nearly a month ago now phoned them up an was told it was on delivery van for that day so I took my old shed roof off and five days later still not received my order

Cheapest price for polycarb that I found on the internet , April 2021 , ordering was simple and easy , the website is fantastic , enter the size you need and you get a instant price .pay by PayPal so easy, delivery date was in the confirmation e mail , turned up that day half eight in morning by a friendly delivery driver ...great experience . Would recommend
