Delivery was fast and great quality clothing.

The product seems good. However, the delivery was terrible; I missed the delivery (it came early) of the package that would have fit in the mailbox and had to collect it from a parcel shop where it only arrived a week later even though it's across the street!

Great quality clothes, lovely fabrics used and a great fit. I will be back!

Delivery to Canada was fast. Dress itself which is quite nice runs small. Too much of a hassle to return. Will give it to someone.

Tyyy nice clothes

Ordered shirt! No contact for 3 days and then shirt was out of stock and not delivered. Not a great experience but was sent a code.

I ordered a coat from Native Youth before Christmas. It was supposed to be a site wide 30% discount applied at checkout. The discount was not applied and it took several calls to have this corrected. Eventually I returned the coat, it did not fit. The return took over 3 weeks. The worst thing is the lack of customer service, no one EVER calls you back. There doesn't seem to be a dedicated customer service team, a random person answers the call and seems to be surprised you are there! The lack of communication is quite frankly appalling, this happened pre Christmas and I had more than enough to do without chasing this ridiculous company, I would never order again.

The jacket is beautiful. I love it! I’m super tall so the sleeves are a little short, but I wear it with a big sweater and you can’t even notice. Great jacket though!
