Wanted to give 0 stars, but couldn't unfortunately. I sent items back in September 2020, it's now June 2021 and I still haven't heard from them or received my refund, despite sending numerous emails, facebook messages and tweets?! Avoid this company like the pandemic!

The jumper I purchased was beautifully made but strangely not what I thought the style should be. The V neck is the back of the jumper. So when I received it felt the wrong jumper. After 3 times contacting the customer service - twice through their own website once by email. I finally got a reply to say that the v goes in the back. Still like the jumper ans I have many pieces of NY clothing which stands the test of time and are all well made - this jumper being no exception.

Firstly I didn’t receive a confirmation email of my purchase. Then my items arrived and one was out of stock but still they still Charged me for it. I had emailed their contact team and have not heard back from them. There isn’t a contact number for them. The quality of clothing was not as advertised. I actually think this is a scam to be honest.

This was my first time purchasing anything from Native Youth. I received my order quickly and on time with adequate updates about the arrival. The clothes are great quality and the colours of the prints were as they appeared on the website. Sadly, I sent the top back asleep I ordered as it didn't suit me but I kept the shirt for my partner who is delighted with the fit, colour and fabric. My return was handled speedily and with little fuss also. I would definitely shop here again!
