Well, my experience will echo the previous reviewers. My dealings started with Elin, who was friendly and accurate in his description of the Rolex. I then dealt with James, we chatted for a little while and he was clearly knowledgeable, and a good chap to deal with. My Rolex arrived today, having been sent yesterday, on a "before 1.00pm" Royal Mail service. It was packaged really well, with attention to detail. The watch was better than I expected, James was clearly confident that I would be happy, but did not overplay it. I am a happy customer. I am a natural cynic, but I trust these guys, and would buy from them again.

Excellent buying experience. Don't hesitate to use this company if they have the watch you are seeking. During the watch buying process I spoke to James and Elin on separate occasions, and they both were happy to take the time to further describe the watch details to me. They were very patient! The watch itself was as described, well actually much better than described, so it exceeded my expectations. I recently sold my Cartier watch to Chase Hattan Watches and my contact there was James. I must say the whole process was extremely easy and simple and I am happy my watch has gone to a good home! James explained the process clearly, offered my a very good price, arranged to collect it and kept in touch all the way through and then paid promptly.
