Unfortunately another dealer i would avoid. Agreed price to purchase watch on Chrono yet 20mins later suddenly told that watch had now been sold.? The watch has been listed on their website since December.

To call CH customer centric is to do them a disservice,they are far better than that! Personal attention is paramount,satisfaction,in my own experience,guaranteed.So having dealt with many suppliers,and been generally impressed with them,CH's attention to my order was an eye opener.I didn't realise how others were just going through the customer care motions before,now I do.And shall no longer be willing to settle for second best.I gave CH 5 stars,but would have given 6,had there been an extra one.
