Really pleased with the watch and the service. James and Elin were great and communicative the whole way through. Would highly recommend.

The watch which I purchased from C+H arrived very quickly and was well packaged etc. Unfortunately there was a problem with the watch and some of the functions did not work. James was very helpful in rectifying this issue, he arranged return postage and repaired the watch very quickly. In total less than a week elapsed between me initially discovering the problem and the watch being returned to me fully repaired.

The best service from start to finish. James let me take the watch before he had finished the testing process as it was a birthday gift, he then took it back and finished the testing.
