I chased the order and then received an email to say my order could not be fulfilled but here is a $20 off voucher. But I order when items were on sale and 20% off, so this voucher is less than the discount I recieved on my order. No mention of my refund. And the items I ordered are in stock, but are now full price. The phone number also doesn't work.

Australia | 12 June 2024Just a horrible customer service experience!! Ordered a pair of sandals for $79.99 on 5 May and it arrived 8 May but was too big. I returned on 12 May. On 15 May got notified by afterpay that my refund of $0.02 has been processed and finalised. I have tried reaching out to Crocs over 10 times and keep getting a stupid automated response. Phone service is the poorest I have ever come across. So very disappointed!

Australia | 12 February 2024Shoes shrunk majorly during a camping trip. Spoke to crocs via website just to be told that they can not with stand heat and will shrink. We live in one of the hottest parts of australia in 45 degree heat..take your business to Antarctica- maybe then they wont shrink!!

Australia | 22 January 2024I purchased a Chicago Bulls Jibbitz as a christmas present, the jibbitz broke when trying to put on the crocs. I spoke with customer service and asked them to send a replacement back on the 29/12/2023. I waited the 5-10 business days for the replacement to arrive and it hadn't arrived. I spoke with customer service again on the 13/01/2024 only for them to tell me it was still in processing status which meant nothing was done about my replacement. The lady told me she would send it out again and to wait 5-10 business days. It is now 22/01/2024 this time i only waiting 5 business day before i checked to see where my order is and surprise surprise it was still sitting on processing status. The fact that i have waited almost a month and no one could give me an answer and i still don't have my replacement is ridiculous. Customer service couldn't answer my questions and kept telling me to wait 48 hours. This is the worst company and i will never purchase off them again

Australia | 17 January 2024My advice is to read the full return policy before you buy online, rather than just their tag ‘hassle free returns’. I ordered a pair of croc sandals on 24 November 23 for my daughter (who lives interstate) for Christmas. On Christmas Eve I tested positive for Covid, so our family Christmas was delayed for two weeks. The sandals were too big for her, so I needed to exchange them. They were in the original bag with all the tags and inserts and never worn. I was prepared to pay the postage needed to return them, but…Croc’s return policy is strictly 45 days, so they would not make an exception to exchange or refund them for me. I am left with a pair of $75 sandals that don’t fit anyone we know, and my daughter is without her Christmas present! Heartless company.

Australia | 11 January 2024My review seems to be similiar to others. Had to send back shoes and they couldn’t give me a return label. They say 10- 14 days once received but it’s been a month and not a word. You have to call and wait forever. I emailed 3 times and they never got back to me. They say ‘hassle free returns’ which is actually the worst returns I ever experienced as an online shopper.

Australia | 27 December 2023The shoe size was wrong, but rather than make it easy to exchange, they had us SHIP back the shoes, despite the fact that their warehouse is closer to our home than the post office! Not only did this cost us $14.50 to return the product that THEY screwed up, but their policy is that they won't even acknowledge receiving the package for 4 weeks after it arrives. We went to the warehouse anyway, and it's a Auspost SPEEDSHIP location and they wouldn't even let us in. They told us through the glass door that we'd have to drop it off at the post office. This seemed EXCEEDINGLY like they just wanted to get extra money for nothing. At this point they'll have been holding our money for at least 2 months and we still have no clear indication that we'll ever get it back. The company is untrustworthy, and doesn't seem to care how badly they treat their customers... or should I say former customers, since if this review site is any indication, nobody will ever buy a 2nd time from them after their customer experience.

Had to start online chat about four times because the people kept ending the chat when I asked where the promo code section was when trying to checkout on mobile phone. Ended up paying full price. They said they can't fix it, how convenient for them. Almost every other merchant will honour promo codes in this situation. No email confirmation of purchase, only notification is from PayPal. Will never use online store again. After reading through all the bad reviews and terrible experiences customer experiences, it's astounding that no one from crocs has responded. Crocs customer service managers should be fired from their jobs!

Australia | 01 November 2023I ordered some jibbitz croc charms for my daughters birthday and the order online just kept saying processing I contacted customer services to try and find out when it would arrive and was told they had a new processing system and had delays after 2 weeks I got an email to say my order had been cancelled with no explanation as to why ! I then contacted crocs customer support again and was told this happens if out of stock but it took them 2 weeks to realise this ? I will never risk ordering from croc again

Australia | 09 October 2023I ordered some crocs and I never received them they canceled the order and never sent an email to let me know they had done that when I found out they had done this took me 3 live chats and 3 calls till I finally got my money back…. Stupid me did another order and its been a month with no order received I’ve emailed I’ve called I’ve done live chats and today I finally got through just to find out they apparently lost the order that they never even sent and again during this chat they ended it got through again to get my refund got that sorted and they just end the chat. I WOULD NOT Recommend buying from crocs AU at all they have bad customer service and you dnt ever get your order. They are quick to take your money and slow to give it back or they just dnt tell you ur order is canceled or lost and keep your money if you’re not vigilant. DO NOT BUY Horrible service.

Australia | 05 October 2023Crocs processing time after 7 business days they still haven’t send it out my order so I’ve contacted the live chat, the agent name Benjoseph P. They can’t help with my order, they just told me to wait and wait. As I’m still typing they end the chat less than 1 minute. This is very unprofessional customer service. The agent should ask any more help before end the chat. Crocs such as a big brand having slow processing order already unprofessional plus bad customer service doesn’t help! What a good COMBO! Just wasting your money and time buying crocs from website!

Have followed up numerous times and receive a generic email response saying I can return the product (less shipping), plus I need to pay for the return shipping fee. I don’t have a product to return! Have resorted to lodging a report with the ACC. Believe all these negative reviews… the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
