Australia | 01 October 2022I should have read the reviews before ordering... I decided to purchase from the Crocs Online store as they had a fabulous discount deal and many designs to choose from. I ordered a pair of crocs ten days ago and they still have not sent through an order confirmation. I am left with an order number (given after checkout) - nothing else. I contacted Crocs Customer Service to enquiry about the order and request for an order confirmation. They responded to my enquiry in 4 days and stated that they were "experiencing some shipment delays due to a logistics system update to serve you better" and that there would be "up to 10 days delay in processing and delivering your order". I am still waiting for my order confirmation and product... *UPDATE (2nd October 2022) I received an email that my order was cancelled and not processed due to system updates. "The pending charge should be cleared automatically within 3 business days". I waited weeks for nothing... If you urgently need a pair of Crocs and do not want to deal with stress, I suggest you purchase it at a different store.

Australia | 21 September 2022This review is for the company itself (Crocs) not their products. This has happened to me twice now. I have purchased from the Crocs Australia website and then returned the items for a refund. After 6 weeks the refund has not been returned to my credit card; and as I had tracking on my return I can see the date it arrived back into their office. The items were returned immediately to them and also in the original packaging with no damage. Once I contacted them via live chat querying where my refund is, they refunded my money. Be prepared to wait 1 hour on live chat waiting for them. So if you want to get your refund you MUST contact them and demand it back, they will not issue a refund otherwise. They appear to work on the theory that most people dont check their credit card statements and just assume that they will get their refund; so Crocs get to keep the shoes and your money. Very deceptive.

Now sending the wrong size shoe (allegedly but still no tracking code), want me to pay to send them back...why not just cancel the order rather than sending the wrong thing. Escalated to the ombudsman.

I'm still waiting for my sons shoes that was ordered over a month ago, I have no idea where they are or if they are even on their way. I've tried to call, chat, email, no repsonse. Very frustrating, I will never try this online store again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced

As they were a gift for my mother in a rural location and sent directly to her I attempted to call the customer service number to assist her in exchanging them.. One hour on hold on Wednesday before being disconnected, rang the sales line this morning with the same annoying Yankee drawl recorded message. Gave up. Will try to talk my mum through the returns process via photos and phone

Ireland | 26 April 2022Would give zero stars if I could. Dismal online service. Ordered 3 pairs online and paid in full. Received 2 pairs in post. Still waiting for refund for 3rd pair they cancelled on me. Customer service is non existent. I had thought Crocs Australia were a reputable company but my experience and that of others here clearly shows otherwise. I certainly wouldn’t recommend their online service to anybody. It’s best avoided if you don’t want to lose your money.

Had kids sent instead of what I ordered for myself, have emailed over a week ago with no response, their customer website doesn’t work, their contact phone number isn’t connected...how can they get it so wrong with everything there doing ?? I can’t see them returning my email as to what I’ve read in the reviews. DONT ORDER FROM THEM

Australia | 23 January 2022I’ve been a long time online customer of Crocs Australia online without any issues prior to my last order. I will never buy from them again! I ordered 3 pairs of crocs and 4 Jibbetz on the 24th of Nov 2021 some of which were Christmas presents. My previous orders have always arrived within 1 to 2 weeks max but when they didn’t arrive I put it down to covid and the post being busier than normal but still expected them to be here before Christmas as was promised by Crocs when I ordered. On the 19th of Dec my order still hadn’t arrived and I hadn’t received shipping confirmation either and my order was still was saying “processing” on their website. So I contacted Crocs via email & 4 days later I received an email from overseas. The person clearly didn’t speak English well and he wasn’t helpful at all! Finally I put in a dispute with PayPal just to get a response and he sent back the same thing. “Your order got lost and we’re out of stock so can’t reship sorry” now how could my order be lost when it hadn’t been sent? And also they had all stock still showing on their site! I persisted and wrote back again which is when my email bounced back because his inbox was full! and I realised that not only did he not speak English well but that he couldn’t speak English at all! and was using Google translate to translate everything to and from English to Portuguese! So I went back to the crocs site and put in another email! Finally my order was showing as “order processed” although I still didn’t hear from Crocs until January 2022 after my items had finally arrived in the 2nd week of Jan. Then when I went to try my new Crocs on in the same size and fit I always buy they were too big! They are 1-2cm’s longer than all my other Crocs that fit me perfectly in a W10. I’m now having to write again to try and get a refund for faulty goods! I don’t like my chances but will try… I will NEVER EVER buy from Crocs online Australia again, not ever! The company has changed where they’re manufacturing and also clearly their customer service is being outsourced to people who are not bilingual or can’t speak the language of the country they’re meant to be dealing with. Absolutely appalling quality and service. Don’t bother with them. If you want Crocs go in store and hope for the best there instead.

Australia | 21 November 2021I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. I have bought crocs online a couple of times several years ago and receive d great service and prompt delivery. So 3 weeks ago I put in an order for new ones. They still haven't been shipped, and their order gives some BS about processing delays. If there are days, a reputable company with integrity and worthy of respect would inform the customer of delays BEFORE accepting the order and taking the money, to give the customer the opportunity to choose if buying at that time will work for them. When I tried to enquire by online chat, I was disconnected three times. I sent and email and got an arrogant generic response from Stefan about processing delays and no response to my questions. Likely if they turn up at all they will be delivered after I have gone on holidays and get stolen. RECOMMEND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM CROCS AUSTRALIA! Extremely disappointing and unreliable.

Australia | 25 February 2021I order two pairs of crocs from the Australia website on 9th February and until now 25th Feb have not received any status update. I contacted customer service 3 times, twice online and once via email to an update - all 3 responses were the same generic response saying that the order was in progress and that I should get a shipping advise the following day. I didn't. I have asked them to cancel my order and me the money, 2 days later a got a email saying my order has been cancelled but nothing about my refund. Don't order from crocs Australia!

Australia | 12 February 2021I first purchased a pair of Crocs over 10 years ago & it was the most comfortable shoes I had ever owned. So throughout the years, I had purchased 5 more pairs. The newer versions were not as comfortable, the spongy plastic material used are different, but still great. However I had the worst customer service experience in Jan 2021 when I purchased another pair online - identical to a previous pair but in a different colour. 1. No confirmation that purchase had been made (this is after I paid for it online). 2. Waited a few days for the email, then ordered/paid for it again - thinking that it was my fault & I did not complete the online process correctly. Also - I had not been charged at this stage. 3. 1st pair turns up & I had the worst customer service chat - they can't cancel the order I placed 2 hrs ago - there are no Crocs Australian stores, only distributors so have to mail in returns - I have to pay for the return shipment. Oh and you have to register online to be able to make any returns. Now I have been receiving a lot of unsolicited marketing emails to boot!!

Australia | 12 January 2021I purchased some crocs from their website in August 2020. I thought I’d purchase straight from the supplier to support the business. The ones purchased (as a gift) were too big. I was instructed I had to return the items for either an exchange or refund. I also had to pay postage for this! So I decided to ask for a refund and purchase through a supplier who offered free returns if needed. Once I sent the item back, I waited until yesterday (Jan 2021!!!) to receive a PARTIAL refund. They only partially refunded the cost of the crocs I’d purchased!!! It’s extremely hard to communicate with them to speak to anyone in regards to why this occurred, however it was suggested that they either deducted the cost of postage OR it’s because the items are now reduced in price!? What a load of BS!!! I would not recommend purchasing through the CROCS website, use a 2nd party seller who have clearly better customer service.

Australia | 23 December 2020I tried my friends Sloane Croc thongs on Last Sunday, so comfortable. She had them for 3yrs so I didn’t hold out much hope of them still being in stock, as so many companies don’t repeat styles even though they are good sellers. Fortunately Crocs still sell them so I ordered a navy and black pair and my friend ordered another pair. Easy to order no problems and pleasant surprise the three pairs arrived on the following Tuesday. Iam very happy with the product. Thank you to the staff 10 out of 10 😀I read the bad reviews written here but can only comment on my experience which has been positive.
