I made no mistake; the duplicate orders were the result of your faulty (as well as inaccurate) website which failed to confirm that the 2 payments were successful. I'll be honest - I hesitated at first as I've not ordered from this company before, however I'm really pleased that I went through with the order. The quality of the plants is excellent and price is very good. Packaging and delivery brilliant - considering it's pond plants I did wonder how it would be done, but they've got it down to a fine art and the plants travelled well as a result. The communication from them to update from receiving the order through to delivery was great too. All in all - brilliant and I will certainly order from them again.
