Complicated and difficult

Big up to the staff at this location, this is the only branch in Hartford, but the staff here are exceptional. The best place to do business with. I had the pleasure of meeting the supervisor today, Miss Hyde a wonderful warm and humble person. Her staff speak highly of her. Thanks JN.

Honestly I don't like how you have to log in and get a code sent to ur email each time its really not necessary and sending the code will be much quicker if sending it to ur phone worked which it doesn't

Using the JN money online service was very quick and efficient for me. I had an emergency situation back home and I had my sister on the phone while I sent her the cash, she was able to check her account to verify that she received the money. This is very convenient and reliable

I send my money online, because it is easy for me to do. I do a living work, I dont go home as often so it is more convenient for me. I would love that you guys get a apps instead of signing in to the site. Cause it's not every area has access to the site.
