The website at times lags when performing basic actions which is unnerving when dealing with money. The mfa also doest work. I believe this is because I have google authentication already setup for my jn bank account

This website is poorly designed and it's very slow to respond. Sometimes I'm not sure if the is anything working or not because it's so slow.

The online transfer allows you to transfer money form the comfort of your home.

Website doesn't function well and very frustrating not any guidance for example if documents photos is rejected. It's a guessing game submitted my passport 3 time and told my account was active only on 4th time did it work

To be honest all the people I've spoke to have been absolutely wonderful very patient with me explain things at my pace the only downfall was you kept telling me I've been accepted but I wasn't unable to make a transaction which was quite annoying but customer service

Although I do not find the website to be user friendly. When I had issue with a payment the matter was resolved quickly.

Many years ago I had a JN foreign account which has expired. I recently decided to try the JN money transfer on line and I was impressed with the service especially from a security point of view. I will now try and reopen some other form of JN account hopefully this will happen as smooth as the money transfer. Kindest regards B Bowen

First time transferring funds. Near the final point, message popped up that a Letter of Authority (LOA) needed to be with the receiving bank to permit receipt of funds. I processed the payment without any LOA and there was no problem. Clarity needed on this part of the process.
