Tried several times to send my transaction but JN website kept crashing had to wait for the following day. I did email the bank who did get back in touch with me to explain the situation which I was grateful for so good customer service for keeping me updated

At this location in hartford, CT, its very difficult to communicate with the staff, the machines are very noisy, making the audio almost impossible to speak with the staff. People are handling financial transaction, with lots of money and customers are within earshot, hearing your personal information. The fees were hiked from $10.99 to $12.99. I also think it's feasible for staff to get bonus monthly or quarterly as they work with long lines at times, difficult customers and go over and beyond to help customers who have difficultly handling their financial transitions. All help towards customers and staff will be highly appreciated.
