JN Money Transfer should allow Canadians to send money while staying in Jamaica for their vacation. Why disable that feature? So unfair!

I regard myself as computer literate but it still took me over a month and many, many exchange of emails before I managed to send money. The system is combersome and far less intuitive than a website should be in 2024. The telephone number listed for help does not answer, so I could only exchange emails. Emails to JN Money were answered promptly, and I thing they were genuinely trying to help but the information they gave me to help did not work. I eventually figured it out myself. I am in the UK but needed in include Kingston as part of my address for it to work, and the system would not accept my usual brance, so I had to input Kingston branch.The process need an over haul or some clear written instruction that include the brance and address issues

I love the JN Money App. JN Money is simple to set up and secure. It is so easy to make a Transfer straight into an account or to pay Bill's. I have reccomended JN money to family and friends, it's great that I can see my full transaction history at a glance and follow the exchange rate. Customer service are very friendly and helpful.

It's always crashing, the online service. So difficult just to get code to start transaction. It's always saying error when you try to log in.

The JN Money location in Hartford, CT on Albany Avenue needs some serious help with management. This is the first location I have been to that does not have the service fees posted for transparency, so customers must wait to get to the counter to ask what the fee is for a certain sending amount. In addition, the JN Money Online feature is in need of some serious updating. Firstly, for all these years, there have been only two options for verification: "Email" and "Cell Phone," and only the email option works. Secondly, users should be able to update recipients on their recipient list. Why do we have to create a new recipient while the old recipient remains just because of a new address or phone number change? This is utterly ridiculous and creates extra data that is not needed. Alternatively, we have to email customer service for the old recipient to be updated or deleted, which is a pain. I put in such a request two years and three months ago, and it is still not done. Shame on JN.
