I cannot recommend the service from 'Total Back Care' highly enough. The chair that they supplied and the way that he adjusted and fitted it to my needs was with so much care and attention to detail. I could have cried when I sat in the chair and felt it supporting me in all the right places.

I needed an office chair for working at home with my previous one causing back pain. I got great service; Rob went through a very detailed consultation then let me try a range of potential office chairs before I picked one. Supplied quickly and then set up for me.

I would like to thank Rob and the team at Total Back Care, for all their support with purchasing and installing equipment for university. I really can’t fault them at all they were absolutely excellent their assessment and delivery was brilliant, on time and made such a difference compared to other suppliers who really messed up. I strongly recommend Total Back Care for all equipment they really know their job and provide an excellent service! Thank you.

I heartedly endorse both the service and products provided by Total Back Care. Being very tall and having a job where I am seated in front of a PC for long periods, I have always suffered with back problems. Rob of TBC was a godsend; he assessed by workstation, provided options for different chairs and desks, showing what each one can do and the comfort they provide, and was honest about their benefits set against budget. I came away with a sit-down / stand desk and an amazingly comfortable chair. These were delivered and set up at my office. Then Rob adjusted them, taking the time to review my workstation and ensured the chair and desk will and do provide the requisite comfort.

I have had excellent service with total back care. Really quick response with an appointment. I had an excellent assessment which was very person centered. The delivery of my equipment was really quick and it came already put together so that was really helpful. Total back care team did a follow up on me to make sure everyone was good straight away. I would recommend this company for any business.

Rob is a true professional who I recommend to anyone who requires a workstation assessment. With a history of back related issues, working from home during the pandemic has put great stress on my lower back. Rob was asked by my workplace to come and do a home workstation assessment and he compiled a report in no time. He worked with my employer to find suitable solutions to my home working set-up, including a height adjustable desk, which he personally delivered and set up. He is courteous, efficient and punctual and highly knowledgeable about his area of specialism!

I was referred by my employers to Total Back Care to assist me with home office equipment and car comfort after breaking my back in a boat accident. I have to say the service received from Rob was first class. He was very knowledgeable and caring, he identified what I would need and demonstrated the equipment in the studio. From order to delivery was only a few weeks and Rob visited my home office to assemble. It has transformed my working day and I now couldn't be without my standing desk and new chair. I am so grateful to Rob & his Team. I would highly recommend Total Back Care. Massive Thank You

Total Back Care visited me at home to assess my current working conditions and noted what improvements could be made to help with the problems I was getting with my arms, shoulder and neck. A report was then sent to my place of business.18 days later Total Back Care delivered new equipment and spent time setting it up and making sure I was comfortable and able to use. Great service and Rob was very friendly.

Recently I've had a new chair and it has changed my life! No really it has. I'm now actually comfortable at work. I had Fantastic consultation which catered to me being a larger individual. Will definitely return if I need to purchase anymore for my office

Great service, not only did Total Back Care provide me with the missing part we had lost, they came out to fit it and check that nothing else was missing. Which was great because another part was. So they got our adjustable desk working. Great communications too. Via email and phone.

Really wonderful service. Booking was quick and easy, an appointment was available very quickly. Jess was very friendly and responsive to my needs, it is obvious that she cares a great deal about providing an excellent service. There was a very large range of products, but she was efficient in filtering out and giving possible options to try out. The chairs are even available in a range of fun colours, should you desire your specialised chair to stand out in the office. The delivery process was rather quick, and booked at a time to suit my work. He was also fantastic, showing me all of the features of the equipment and setting up the chair for me completely. I could not reccomend this service enough.
