Really excellent service from Rob at Total Back Care. Went through a variety of adaptation options as well as bringing samples. Rob explained clearly the rationale for his recommendations to include where he felt existing adaptations were working just fine. His report was prompt and, when the budget was finally agreed by my employer, delivery was also prompt. Emilio oversaw delivery and went through fitting of equipment and all equipment adjustments. Rob has always been helpful and personable. We worked together to get me a suitable ergonomic chair and height adjustable desk back in 2013 and he has helped most recently with getting the chair and workstation set up in a different office. Im a disabled employee in NHS and was referred to Total Back Care for a new chair and equipment. They were exceptionally helpful and understanding of what I was looking for. I was shown a wide variety of office equipment and my employer ordered it for me. I only waited a couple of weeks and it arrived today. my chair is very comfortable and can be adjusted to how it suits me and my equipment is perfect. When it was delivered to me a representative of total backcare went through everything with me on how to adjust the chair and how to use my equipment to the fullest. I cannot thank Total Back Care enough for all their help and expertise in this ergonomic field. I was even able to choose the shade of my chair which was a bonus! I would definately recommend total backcare to anyone who requires ergonomic office equipment.
