I have been using Event Masters and more specifically Kaleigh for a number of years for numerous different events, but last week we took 10 clients to Cheltenham for an all inclusive lunch and drinks package in SILKS. What a great day had by all despite the wet weather outside. Special mention for Emma our waitress at the venue who couldn't do enough for us.

Wir hatten unserem Sohn zur Jugendweihe eine Reise nach London. verbunden mit einem Spiel von Chelsea geschenkt.Unter anderem wegen Corona fand die Reise nun 5 Jahre später statt. Mir war nicht bewusst, dass man nicht so einfach Fußballtickets kaufen kann, wie in Deutschland. Aufgrund der Bewertungen habe ich mich für Eventmasters entschieden, obwohl ein komisches Gefühl blieb. Es hat aber alles bestens geklappt. Grace und das Team haben mich immer auf dem Laufenden gehalten und versucht ,die beste Lösung zu finden. Letztendlich bekamen wir noch ein Upgrade,was wirklich super war. Wir hatten tolle Plätze und es war schon ein besonderes Erlebnis beim diesjährigen Carabao Cup im Wembley Stadion (Chelsea vs. Liverpool) dabei zu sein. Es waren zwar die teuersten Tickets meines Lebens, aber man kann nicht alles haben und wir haben das Spiel und alles drumherum sehr genossen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Grace, die für mich stets am Ball geblieben ist. Ich kann Eventmasters nur weiter empfehlen.

Excellent from start to finish!

Got tickets from Eventmasters for Spurs vs Wolves. This was the first time I had bought tickets outside of the Spurs tickets facility so was a little apprehensive. I was soon put my mind at rest by the excellent support and customer service. I would thoroughly recommend and will defo be using again.

Used EventMasters for tickets to Tottenham vs Wolves for myself and 11 year old daughter. Seats were brilliant above away support and experience from start to finish was 1st class. Highly recommended.

We have used Eventmasters before for special events. Kaileigh looked after our tickets for a special birthday visit to Anfield on this occasion and we were highly impressed with the quality of service and the package of lounge access and superb seats within Anfield. I purchased tickets for the Tottenham vs Brighton match. I was fairly nervous about buying from a company I wasn’t too familiar with but was reassured that they were an authorised seller by the ask spurs function on the official website. I needn’t have been nervous. I had no issues whatsoever and after I made my purchase I was contacted very quickly to thank me and offer any help I might need. My travel card thus arrived promptly via special delivery. I would have no qualms about using eventmaster again!

I recently experienced a hospitality Chelsea v Wolves 'museum' package through event masters booking. The service received from Grace and Jonathan was brilliant. They were so quick to reply and I had absolutely no issues organising the package with them. Really enjoyed the experience hassle free!

Grace was so helpful in booking vip tickets for the spurs v Man City game. Super efficient and as I came back a number of times to increase more tickets Grace was quick and accommodating. I took some friends, but the real reason I organised to go to the game was for my dad. He is 84 and has Alzheimers but he loves football. He used to play a lot and only stopped about 9 years ago.. I used this company for the first time to buy hospitality tickets for Chelsea. The booking process was easy, the tickets arrived on time and the company checked with me that I had received them without issue. I would definitely use the service again!

First time using the service, and the team have been brilliant. I bought 4 tickets for the Spurs v Newcastle game and the client thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Fantastic view from Block 003, 5 rows from the pitch on halfway. Will 100% use it again as the communication has been top notch throughout. Particular shout out to Kaileigh, thank you.

I always leave a review for excellent service. It seems people are quick to jump and leave negative reviews for stupid reasons but when they are happy they don’t leave one. This company got back to me immediately when I asked about ticket allocation VIP for Fury V Usyk. Basically to say no info right now but as soon as there is they will let me know. Then a follow up phone call and kept in touch several times over the last few weeks. Out of 5-6 companies that I sent a request to only Joe from Eventmasters got back to me. Today 2-3 weeks later the others have. Obviously not proactive and interactive enough. This guy and company made sure they kept me up to date. I understand the importance of this in business. This company I would recommend all day long for ticket allocation. I will hopefully be leaving a further review after the event to state what it was like. I have now asked them to get me tickets for Day Of Reckoning. Due to their excellent customer service.
