NFL Jags V Bills Great personal and thoughtfuk customer service from Kaileigh. She was very proficient at answering all my questions about the location of the seats. This was really important to us as my daughter who has been ill is a big BILLS fan and she contacted us near the game to check all was well. The food offering was interesting tasty and plentiful and you did feel really special in the hospitality area.

Originally booked tickets to watch Liverpool vs. Aston Villa but was unable to attend. I requested to change to the West Ham game, and with just a quick email, this was done with ease - thank you so much Kaileigh. The facility at Anfield was great and our seats were amazing. My wife and me visited a beautiful city of London a few days ago and we arrange our holidays many weeks before to do the London experience the most possible, including obviously football. Hospitality package for Chelsea v Liverpool opener - amazing! Coming from USA, we weren’t sure how to get tickets. Most online research suggested you should not purchase second-hand, but there weren’t any other options. EventMasters was a listed broker so we went with them. Easy to book and they were quick to communicate directly via email. Tickets came a few days before the match and they (again) quickly responded to additional emails. Would absolutely use them again!

The team (especially Max Ayling) were supportive, making the whole processes simple and streamlined. Explaining the different available options, tailoring the process to suite my needs. Ultimately turning into a great experience on the match day at Stamford bridge.

What an amazing experience at Royal Ascot 2023. From my initial inquiry, Max was the utmost professional. He answered all of my questions and concerns. His hospitable service and attention to detail were top notch. We were able to book a table for 10 in the Royal Enclosure and it exceeded all of our expectations. Coming from the US with 9 friends, was quite a task but Max and Jonathon made it so easy and seamless. It was one of the best experiences to date. What an amazing day. Booked a table for 10 at Royal Ascot to celebrate my birthday. Everything was so easy from start to finish. Denise was amazing taking my booking and Jonathan was an absolute star putting everything together for me. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The staff at the event were also amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I wanted to go to the EFL Championship playoff Final at Wembley but was unable to get a ticket. Rob at Eventmasters got me a Club Wembley ticket. I didn't sleep the night before as I was worried that the ticket was a fake and would not let me in, but it did and I had such a fabulous day. Great seat, great food and great result.

I am the most paranoid person for using companies I don’t know for anything so when I first contacted Eventmasters I was grilling them. The guy I spoke to was called Max, he was great. Not pushy, explained everything, listened to all my concerns and made sure everything went perfect. He then rung up after the event to make sure everything went well. My team lost in the play offs which was the only thing I was unhappy with and there was nothing Max could do about that although I think he would have tried to change the result if he could, such his helpfulness. Would definitely recommend. Good communication, service , everything. Literally nothing I can fault and I can usually find fault with anything. Thanks again Max and also the sales director whose name I cannot remember.

Championship playoff final Saturday 27th May 2023, couldnt get Club Wembley tickets from Wembley themselves as they wanted membership for the season first. Saw EventMasters on the web, dug around the reviews and gave them a call and Kaileigh Brown was the consultant who was knowledgeable and professional in her dealing with me. Secured me 2 tickets in the Luton end of the stadium as requested. The price paid was exactly where I thought it would be and was market value or at least my own valuation of what I was prepared to pay. Tickets arrived as Kaileigh told me and looking forward to the game on Saturday. Many thanks Kaileigh and the team at Eventmasters, as a corporate client I would for sure be reaching out to them to help with our hospitality days.

Bought hugely expensive pair of tickets for Liverpool v Fulham as special occasion. Subsequently fixture was re- arranged from a Saturday in March to a Wednesday midweek game in May which we could not attend. Eventmasters originally said a 90% refund might be possible then said this would only be if tickets could be resold and cited their t's & c's Despite having around 6 weeks for an Anfield home game they maintained tickets couldn't be resold. Intransigent and awful to deal with. If any probs with your event you can lose all your money Strongly recommend avoiding this company

We have just been to Wembley for the FA Cup semi final. We had Club Wembley tickets and hospitality organised by Kaileigh at Eventmasters. The whole experience was FANTASTIC! Well organised, well informed and at the end of the phone/email if I needed any advice. I can most definitely recommend Eventmasters if you want great access to big events.
