Customer service and account assistance is always prompt and great. It's so far been an easy to use system to start earning more points for flight redemptions, but it does cause delays in payroll and suppliers receiving funds - so it's something we always have to be mindful of.

Should be able to send a branded remittance to suppliers when you pay them. As well as notice of likely payment date.

Seamless and really quick

I called the number for pay.com.au and clicked number 3 to go through to talk to someone, and it kept looping over and over to the same blurb on the phone...stuck in a loop.....hmmmmm, feels dodgy....so pressed 2 and got through to someone in a call centre and couldn't hear because 3 other people were taking on th epohone next to them, sounded like call centre in India...could'nt hear them nor felt this was professional. if this is their shop window I am not investing my money here.

I use this to make my disbursement payments. Still haven't redeemed any points, but it is rather easy to make payments via this app.

Does anyone that uses this platform , have it integrated with Xero. ??. . Does it still allow to reconcile through Xero from the Bank Account that the money is drawn from to the pay.com.au clearing account. .??. . Or does any payments made have to be reconciled in the Clearing Account. . ??

Easy to use and easy to earn rewards

Very professional website that is well put together. Super easy use and will be the way going forward to pay bills and suppliers. The only thing would be if they were able to make an app so payments on the go could be faster without having to login and 2FA every time.

Great valuable concept, amazing to be able to earn rewards points with -Singapore Airlines and others- on especially bank transfers payments which I believe is a game changer for small businesses. Also, great customer service 👍

Great that we can pay payroll wages with credit card. But transactions page could be better showing the summary of the grand total of the transaction processed, as individual transactions may make it tedious to add up. To have both details and summary would be perfect.
