Great online service We love the ease of use and the ability to use our credit card for suppliers that don't accept it. Brilliant. And at very competitive rates. Only lost a star for accounting purposes - 1) a few too many emails whenever we make payments and 2) uploading an ABA file is great, but we have to then manually go back in and add all the credit card fees. This then makes bank rec matching difficult as the cc fees have been added to the amounts coming through, but the individual lines in our software don't have cc fees added. Would be better if cc fees were on a separate line item when charged to the credit card.

Efficient and Fast. Great customer support

The service is good, however, it was disappointing to learn yesterday that you cannot set recurring payment on a bank account or debit credit card; i.e. limited only to credit cards! I was planning to put a few payments under this function but instead decided to pay through my normal internet banking.

Very easy company to deal with, prompt reply to any questions. Guided us through the set up. Now we are flying!

Really happy with the whole process. From start up to first transaction, all seamless, no tedious questions or paperwork to complete.

Service and onboarding was great. Unfortunately a few technical glitches getting bank accounts and Xero setup and submitting first batch of payments but otherwise a good experience.

The money gets where it needs to go, does take up to 6 days to transfer funds internationally though.

The pay.com.au concept is great, but the user experience is not. The administration costs required to manage the platform quickly consume any financial advantages. Improvements around communication, multiuser access and faster processing times would dramatically improve the user experience. If improvements were made, the platform would be 5 stars. Until then it’s amateurish at best.

I love the Pay.com.au and Airwalllex partnership as I am now able to earn points on all of my international supplier payments! Have just booked my biannual suppliers trip with points for Jan 2024. Appreciate, I can also double dip on my Mastercard and PayReward points on every $1 as well!

Great and easy service. I was really glad to find this channel for business cash flow, so much credit cards point were wasted before. I wish I knew of this service early. Customer service rep R.S. has been wonderful and easy to work with. I'm not a big player but they make me feel valued.

I've been trialing pay.com.au and have found the experience so far to be very professional and easy to use. Brent is our Account Manager, and he has been exceptional and an asset to their business. He has always been contactable and regularly checks in with us. I've asked plenty of questions along the way using their system, and he has always had an answer and willing to assist. The only thing that has been slightly different has been the processing times 2-3 days have been a slight readjustment in the way we pay out, but we made the tweaks necessary to our business to accommodate that and its been seamless. Would highly recommend.

i paid my employees on Friday evening and they still haven't received it
