Order processing and shipment were very fast. However, when the Phonak Roger didn't work, they could not provide any technical support. They referred me to Phonak, and they couldn't help either. I finally found someone at Advvanced Bionacs, the supplier of my cochlear implant, who knew exactly what to do to fix the problem.

They are super polite and friendly, got the hearing aid fixed immediately and quickly.

The hearing aid batteries were slow to arrive but other than that all was great.
