My Phonak charger was shipped in a timely manner and in perfect condition!

I made a mistake in ordering my charging kit, with help from Malia my mistake was taken care of.Good working with them.

Even thi they sent the wrong item on the first go, they quickly got the correct item to me. Then when i had issues with my item, they provided service that helped me get my item working properly.

Phonak combo doesn’t work as stated in the information. Works only as a case and charger if plugged into electrical outlet. No multiple day charge.

Found this website for wax guards for my hearing aids. The website made it easy to make my order. Received an email stating they received my order and when to expect it. No problems at all. Will reorder from this Company

You did well but did not mention that it was only 65 decibles. I have a heavy hearing loss so they are not helping. I would send them back but figure this was my fault in not finding out the capabilities of the instrument.
