I am so pleased I found this shop a few years ago, I have rarely found such helpful and friendly staff and the customer service cannot be matched by any company I have dealt with. Not only sales but weekly videos which bring all crafters together for a chat and help, You Tube videos and colour matching when needed. I sometimes wonder how they get through it all and with such a smile. A great place to shop.
