I had made a mistake with my internet order. I was in a place with poor Wi-Fi connection and it hadn't gone through properly. I phoned the next day spoke to a real person who sorted the problem out there and then. The goods were received the next day. I have dealt with the lovely ladies at Always Knitting & Sewing on several occasions and found them knowledgeable and helpful.
