brilliant customer service from pureflo both when ordering replacement filters...very speedy good service and when requesting replacement part, phone answered quickly by a knowledgeable and polite employee who sent the part in that days post so i got it very quickly.

I was allowed to order a replacement Filter Tap, ( original one dripping ) that was out of stock, not even in the Country, no communication I had to phone Pureflo to be told they are waiting for the Taps to clear Customs. Dreadful service. Should have used Amazon.
