I got my info removed but the mail I had to confirm the removal - the link didn't seem to work and also the mail looked like spam. Now my info is still somehow shown in Google with reference to Infobel - even though the page is not available. What a **** show of a company.

Zelfde hier. Ongevraagd gegevens op hun website gepubliceerd terwijl wij op onze eigen website expliciet geen adresgegevens vermeld hebben (want is tevens privé adres en werken enkel op afspraak). Gebeld en werd gevraagd hen te mailen. Dat gaan we dus beslist niet doen, nu ik de ervaringen van anderen hieronder lees. Dit is het nummer trouwens +3223792940. Deze gegevens kunnen ze alleen via de KVK hebben verkregen. Mag die zomaar adressen aan derden verstrekken? Die zijn telefonisch overigens ook niet meer bereikbaar zie ik. Dan maar een mail naar de kvk. Ik ga tevens kijken of er ergens een privacy organisatie is waar dergelijke dingen te melden. Wat een brutaliteit.

I think it's horrendous to put people's names and addresses on a public database without permission. It puts many at risk, especially those who are at DV risk. I'm not even in their country.

Always has information wrong on anyone or thing and is near impossible to fix there mistakes. The mistakes of infobel only hurt you. They are as bad as google and absolutely no good for small business. They carry no authority just as google does not.

I see all the reviews but I have to admit, since I reached out to them they were responsive and they helped me, nothing bad to say actually. They explained why my data was on their page, gave me the source, my mistake at the beginning I didn't read carefully of what I should have done for my data to be removed. At the end it was not their fault my address was here.

Spamportal - lauter falsche Einträge mit unserem Unternehmensnamen. Keine Kontaktmöglichkeit - niemand fühlt sich Verantwortlich die Falscheinträge zu löschen. Edit: Nach 14 Tagen hat infobel sich gemeldet und die Einträge korrigiert. Ich würde mir etwas mehr Tempo wünschen und eine bessere Erreichbarkeit. Daher werte ich von * auf *** hoch.

I asked them to remove my data from their website (thinking it was impossible to edit it). It took 7 days (maybe less, but I came back after 7 days). The data was my home address, which previously was a first place of my company (I was a freelancer). I contacted them through the contact form on their website and additionally on FB massenger. Nothing to complain about

Bizar hoe ze te werk gaan. Mijn gegevens staan (zonder toestemming) op hun website. En als ik ze wil wijzigen moet ik eerst een ellenlang proces door om een account te maken. En vervolgens MOET ik akkoord gaan met het feit dat bedrijven me telefonisch mogen benaderen. Telefonisch krijg je ze niet te pakken, op geen van de 3 nummers. Na 3,5 minuut in de wacht wordt je van de lijn af gegooid. Stelletje pannenkoeken zijn het.

Société très louche pourtant mise en avant par Google sur les fiches Maps. Avis non consultables donc impossible de savoir qui note notre société sur leur site. Heureusement que notre notation est bonne bien qu'en dessous des vrais avis de nos client sur Maps, mais ça n'empêche que sur le principe tout le monde doit respecter sur le web une certaine éthique.
